Brendan Rodgers to Arsenal?

Brendan Rodgers has played down speculation linking him to the Arsenal job, and says he is "living in a dream" as manager of Celtic.

The 45-year-old has been mentioned as a possible successor to Arsene Wenger, with the Frenchman once again under pressure following successive 3-0 defeats to Manchester City.

Rodgers believes his achievements as Liverpool manager - when he took them back into the Champions League - could be behind the Arsenal speculation.

Brendan Rodgers doesn't half believe in himself ey! xD

i wouldn't be totally against the idea, but there are others I obviously prefer before him.

He's a decent manager but employing a manager who wasn't good enough for Liverpool who are supposed to be one of Arsenals closest rivals doesn't send out a good message.

There's absolutely nothing in this. Brendan Rodgers will be long dead by the time Wenger leaves Arsenal

What are you saying?  Rodgers is younger than me! :(

Remember Brendan Rodgers at Swansea when they'd have 75% possession but leave their own half once every 5 minutes.

Reasonably good fit for the Arsenal fans who think they should be as good as they were 15 years ago.

Would be a reasonable appointment imo. An enormous step up on Wenger.

Yeah alright.

Brendan Rodgers officially ruled himself out of contention for the Arsenal job yesterday.

At the same time, i'd like to rule myself out, I feel that the coat would be too big for me.
