Dave
Arsenal are one of a number of Premier League clubs interested in Freiburg defender Caglar Soyuncu, Sky Sports News understands. The 22-year-old centre back has made 55 appearances for Freiburg since joining in 2016 and has been capped 15 times by Turkey. Soyuncu's agent, Mustafa Dogru, told Turkish-Football.com: "Sven Mislintat (Arsenal head of recruitment) has been keen on Caglar since he was at Borussia Dortmund. Chaaay AFC
I think if this does happen it will signify the end of one of Mustafi, Chambers or Holding. With us definitely signing Sokratis, we surely have to let someone go if we bring in Caglar.
Rick
It'll be Chambers who goes, when it reality is should be Mustafi. Chambers & Holding are very good prospects for Arsenal and in no way should you be letting either leave.
6666
Unfortunately it sounds like it'll just be a case of Chambers who gets sold which I'm definitely not in favour of. Smarter option would be to buy Soyuncu and loan him out along with Holding. Koscielny is pretty much close to done, has a contract until 2020 but his injury issues already caused problems last season and now he has a big one to get over. Most interested in keeping Chambers, Holding, Mavropanos and this guy (if we get him) going forward.

Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted November 28, 2019 Subscriber Share Posted November 28, 2019 Leicester City defender Caglar Soyuncu's agent has dismissed suggestions that a transfer to Arsenal, Manchester City or Galatasaray is on the agenda for the 23-year-old. (Leicester Mercury) Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy says retiring from international duty with England has "paid off". The 32-year-old is the Premier League's top scorer with 12 goals this season. Redcanuck
Barcelona has been linked to him today, supposedly going to make a bid of around £32m. Doesn't seem like a lot of money, would be at least double if United where in for him.
