Glad to see Ismaïla Sarr is back so soon after what looked like a serious injury last week. Jovetic is back for Monaco, but is only fit enough for the bench, and his side are behind again at home against Rennes.

Was looking forward to getting home from work and watching this match but BT have decided to show Marseille v Caen instead...what the fuck?

Monaco down to 10 men now. Raggi sent off.

What a shit season they're having.

Marseille beating Caen 2-0. Mitroglou and Thauvin scoring.

I just had a thought... why doesn't Phil Foden sign for Monaco? I think it's a great place to continue his development. He should go ahead and take the Jadon Sancho example.

Were they in for him?

No, maybe I should have worded it better. It's a "what if" situation.

Wow, this has turned into a thrashing. 5-0, Mbappé has four. Was a really close and intense game for an hour...when the 2nd went in that changed.

Mbappe has just scored 4 goals in 13 minutes xD

He could have had six if Lopes didn't have such a good game xD

After watching the first half, I thought this game would have finished with more red cards than goals.

That was a disappointing meltdown by Lyon. They were better in the first half imo.

I hope he eventually moves to a better league. A talent like that can't waste his career in that piss poor league.

Dembele has been really impressive for Lyon this far, making the step up from Scotland to France with ease.

Bit like Van Dijk, they were too good for Scotland.  Dembele and Depay are really looking like a great strike force recently if you take the PSG game out of the way which was a freak result.     Depay also is looking so sharp this season even for the national team he is really starting to show his full potential now at 24.

Oh wow. A goalkeeping error is exactly what Monaco didn't need, but Seydou Sy, 3rd choice keeper behind the injured Subasic and Benaglio, has just failed to hold onto a ball that he should be catching easily. Strasbourg 1-0 Monaco.

High boot from Grandsir, the Strasbourg player goes down holding his face even though there was no contact with his face, and Grandsir is shown a red. Not the start Henry would've hoped for. They have about 25 minutes to come back from a goal down with ten men.
