Apparently our useless PM has actually said something good for once and reckons Novak won’t be let in. I am not too keen to get into a full on restriction debate but with my life and what’s important to me, I’m happy my state is the strictest in the country. We open up in a month and we will then join the utter shit show thst is the rest of the country and the world. I am not looking forward to it at all. However, I think with what has happened with people like Spike and those wanting to return home isn’t fair and that has been disappointing from a federal level. That’s for sure.

My state has taken a hard stance on it, so we’ve never really had much of an outbreak (until next month when it’s business as pre COVID). However, we are having an increasing amount of people say it’s just the “common cold”, “I have an immune system”, “vaccines aren’t working” etc etc. tbh there’s two teachers at my school who are basically like this and they claim to be pro choice (we have some pretty intense mandates on vaccines but that’s another story…) yet when asked about covid (or on their Facebook page) they’re not pro choice they’re actually down the rabbit hole…. Saying all the conspiracy nonsense as well as supporting and following these alternative opinions on the science. One teacher has in fact taken the year off basically because she doesn’t want the vaccine. Anyway not exactly the question asked about deniers however I’d say… some of these people spouting on social media don’t believe it’s even a thing. There was one bloke I knew from a long time ago, and in 2020 he basically said it’s not a thing. I hope he’s changed his mind.
