Strongly considering a South American trip next year. My Aussie/Chilean mate is heading back and has asked if I wanna do it with him. Would be a great laugh with him (and he speaks Spanish). However, to do it I need to try save this year and then somehow take a break from teaching for a few months. Planning a get away for the school holidays in 8 weeks time too. Maybe pop over into Asia or the east of Oz.

Get fucking video referees away from our game. Without it, it would've been 1-0. I thought it was meant to take away controversy not add it? That Sydney second goal was a diabolical decision from the video ref. Absolutely shocking. The third is fair enough but how did they not punish Liam Reddy? Mad fucking sport and I'm literally done with it as long as these video refs are about. Sydnet being looked after again. So they'll win the final.

Great end to end finals game in the A-league tonight. Brisbane and Western Sydney drew 1-1 after extra time, and then 9 great penalties followed until WSW's Japanese import had his saved which knocked the wanderers out. As usual though, the officiating was terrible. It is one major part that is setting this league back.

I was paying about ¥43,500 a month which was expensive for what I had (one bedroom, 1 living room), that's about £300 maybe. It was more expensive but school paid some and my parking. Homeless as of today. Just cruising around Japan then getting some government assisted housing for my next teaching job in Australia out in the bush. Likely to still be a bit pricey.
