Okay now but just very watchful and cautious now! Probably become very overprotective now! Just such a weird feeling roaming children's ward at hospital on Christmas day. It's a cliché but things definitely get put into perspective.

Thanks all. Not the birthday or Christmas I imagined it to be. Had to take the little man to hospital (again) in the early hours which is the worst feeling. Eventually got back about 3pm. Sorted dinner and presents out which felt like we were getting back to normal. Then have to call an ambulance for the missus at about 9pm and she's there for 12 hours. What a fucking blast.
  6. Fuck it why not Win, win either way (as I'd also be happy with a draw at theirs)

  8. @Dan what's the bonus again? Straight £25 on top of normal £10 for this week?

And I have joined the parents club! Baby boy born this morning
  10. Time to get my act together! Two choices. But have opted for this one: Goals a plenty amongst the home teams, and with good home form too. Combined they've scored 63 goals at home in the league. And the away sides conceding 45. The only thing I can see letting it down is that Notts County are decent opposition. This is the other one I was thinking, but choosing not to go for it: Better odds, but more risky. Spurs could benefit from Everton playing a midweek game and with a thinner squad. 4/5 at home to win is pretty decent though, even with Everton's improvement in form. Norwich have a bit of resurgence against Sheff Weds and a draw against Ipswich, but Huddersfield can sometimes be tricky to play against which is where the main risk is.

They say bad things come in threes. I have fallen foul of this tale. Saturday - go to supermarket, someone hits my car leaving a massive dent and doesn't leave their details. Absolute cunts. Yesterday - washing machine starts leaking, needs a new part. Just in time for when we need to start washing clothes for baby. Today - in my other car, it breaks down and doesn't start up. Now sitting here waiting for 3 hours while they send out a recovery vehicle. What a life.
  14. You certainly did Senor Josh. In the haste of looking at the picks, our washing machine fucked up so I was a bit distracted Updated Table After Game 82: @JoshBRFC is now up to 12th and joins two other players on 10 points.
  15. Game 83 - 27th Game 84 - 15th
  16. GAME 83 - EVERTON vs FULHAM - TUESDAY 19th DECEMBER, 19.45 (GMT) GAME 84 - BARCELONA vs ALMERIA - WEDNESDAY 20th DECEMBER, 18.00 (GMT) ***any predictions made after kick-off will not count*** @Mel81x @Lucas @6666 @Dr. Gonzo @Michael @Redcanuck @CaaC (John) @Devil-Dick Willie @JoshBRFC @Viva la FCB @Pyfish @Bluewolf @Tommy @Rucksackfranzose
  17. Two huge derbies in England for the latest two games. Game 81's first of four goals was in the 34th minute for Ipswich, but unfortunately no winners. And sadly no winners for Game 82 either as all picks were for the first half, and it is currently goalless well into the second...
  18. 6pts separating the top 5 (if Liverpool win later) is very refreshing to see at this stage of the season. Not one team running away with it, Man City faltering, other teams remaining competitive. Hope it continues until the end.
  19. Why was Budget Buster so popular this weekend, compared to others?

    That's quite a phenomenal achievement
  21. Arsenal Women score for fun and can see them hitting Spurs for quite a few. Rotherham concede 2.5 goals per game away from home. Plymouth score just over 2 goals per game at home...
  22. Everton to play in new stadium from 25/26 season. Heard the stadium may be ready at some point during next season but club deciding not to change stadium at that point and wait for the start of 25/26.
