  1. Now, since the extension, you can add golf to that enumeration. Also not convinced cycling rates the olympics over Tour de France or Giro d'Italia.
  2. To be fair, those people equipped with that fascination on this forum aren't Italians.
  3. Disagree they actually do. That's the one and only reason the World Cup is the biggest periodical sports event on earth, in my honest opinion.
  4. @Rab choose that way to report a bug since I can't open any threads anymore. Don't know whether that's just me or everybody. EDiit: Always says there was a issue with the server configuration, so apparently not only me.

  5. What exactly are these scientifically false things wokeness wants people to accept? May I guess you're talking about being gay not being an anormality demanding psychological treatment?
  6. You're sure you know the difference between laicist and secular? Asking because you apparently don't.
  7. What judeo foundations? Have a look at European and American history Jews were marginalised until Napoleon, to name the first historical person to give them some citizen rights.
  8. At the bolded part, you're aware the values of the so called western world are pretty much based on this world's historical moral values deriving from their religion and therefore Christianity? That alone should make your statement these weren't Christian values doubtful.
  9. You only quoted a part of my post, indeed the second sentence includeded the definition of "far left". And no, nobody advocating private ownership of essential key industies over nationalisation can be "far left" regardless what measurement, political scientists are accepting, you use.As little as someone as emphatically nationalist as most US-Americans.
  10. Well go on then: Who are these far left Democrats? Always keen to learn about right wing USA chanting capitalists that are indeed advocating the abolishment of private ownership, the nationalsation of all productive powers, and the overcoming of nation states.
  11. Yeah, I'm sure a South African, living in South Africa, who's known to be often wrong with his assessments about the US is the best possible instance to evaluate that. Really it is perplexing how you give your opinion always matter of factly, although you've been proven wrong on here that often.
  12. Hertha are in financial turmoilagain. Apparently this time without being at fault themselfes. http://www.kicker.de/hertha-gehen-die-777-anteile-fuer-weniger-als-70-millionen-euro-ueber-den-tisch-1039567/artikel Hertha thread is archived, therefore this appears here. Not in denial to be a bit satisfied, me being sceptical on investors generally proved to be wiser in hindsight than those prognosises Hertha would become a power in German to be reckoned with after Windhorst's invest, other forum members gave.
  13. Congrats @Coma! Thanks for running this @Pyfish
  14. If you want to watch it more often, just use a VPN. Weekly on TV in Germany.
  15. Wouldn't know, where this financial issues should come from. They play regularly CL, are the second most valuable as well as the second biggest club in Germany; and I got a sneaky feeling they were eager to have that shitftorm associated with them being sponsored by Rheinmetall remunerated generously.
  16. Given Füllkrug is still on contract til 26 15m appear really cheap.
  17. If you define it an achievement not needing to wear diapers anymore and having your adult teeths, that's up to you. Agree to disagree.
  18. The the bolded part: Exactly! That's what I meant, when making that: "Who said being successful would be easy?" post.
  19. Nope, qualifying for a tournament isn't a achievement, it's only the necessary condition to achieve something.
  20. Carefully! It's a bit exagerated the call a team with exactly no silver ware overachievers, since they achieved just as expected- nothing.
  21. Something not mentioned, yet: I beg you to be specific here: How is having done a fault in the past a sensible reasoning for continuing committing this fault? At recognising Talinan regime because of recognizing Israel.
  22. Absolutely in support of reparations to Namibia. This being recognized that late has a lot to do with racist feeling of superiority over African autuchtone inhabitants that#s not unique with Germany. Doesn't it make less wrog, of course.
  23. Can only speak for my nation: We recognized Israel, since the politics in the years 1933-1945, specially the deeds from "Nürnberger Rassegesetze" in 1935 on, led to an historic obligation to support the wish of Jews for creation of conditions such attrocities might never happen again. Be sure many Israeli would have been offended for it, if you suggested Germany were their friends, those then, some might be still, understandably. This kind of historic responsibility doesn't exist towards Afghans from a German point of view.
