@Dr. Gonzo Sad news but maybe you can get some good deals?

    Making Music

You dont have to be a musician to hear that things are wrong but why the band even decided to do this is beyond me. This essentially means the guitars (and bass) were running time while the drummer actively made a mistake and he purposely makes this mistake to make things sound wrong. What a weirdo.
  3. Went back and started another Divinity: Original Sin 2 run. This time I plan to drink more coffee and just laze my way through the game.
  4. LOFL when I saw the patch in the front I started laughing so hard I almost choked on my coffee.
  5. Started watching the FX show "A Teacher" today and burned through three episodes. It's a decent watch and covers the events from the movie with the same name but in a TV show format.
  6. https://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2020/11/hands-on-with-the-apple-m1-a-seriously-fast-x86-competitor/ The new M1 chips in Macbooks and the Mini are doing some serious tech discussion rounds across the globe. The numbers are staggering and while its still a Gen1 change its got a lot of heads turning and looking at what Apple has achieved. One can only imagine what AMD will do next year with Zen4 and how they'll draw more juice from the 5nm fabrication process. Astounding for consumers now because of what the M1 architecture can actually achieve and what it also means for high-data and IPC throughput on these chips. Simply amazing.
  7. https://arstechnica.com/gaming/2020/11/capcom-says-350k-peoples-info-potentially-leaked-in-ransomware-attack/ In a world where GDPR ran riot at one point and now all the talk about PII and data concurrency you really have to wonder what business a game company has with your PII. They make you pay for the game, you pay for the service so that's their revenue stream. But, this is also a time when hacking for data is at an all-time high and I doubt this is the last we'll hear of this and I am also sure other companies are being targeted as this continues.
  8. We're going to surprise a lot of people is my take on this whole matchup. And by that I mean we're not going to just capitulate.
  9. Who would have thought these two guys would come up with something like this. Feel like a little of Elton rubbed off on Ozzy here.
  10. I think there will be panic until we have as much of our starting XI back. But when you look at it as just four players out (for now) it doesn't look as bad.
  11. Never really looked up what happens post injuries or the monetary compensations of it either. Learn something new everyday.
  12. Am I hearing this right Bobby and Ali have both tested positive for COVID-19 and are going to have to self-isolate thus missing our next match?
  13. Xmas is around the corner. Corona time amplified, so come Jan a lot of teams will be missing players is my assumption as horrible as it sounds.
  14. Whoever comes in the January window has to be someone who will have to slot in and make an impact otherwise its going to be a wasteful signing other than just filling a spot. I think they've already been planning for this way before these injuries and post the VVD injury anyways. Now we all have to wait and see who that person turns out to be.
  15. Seems like that's actually good news and his recovery should be better than if the damage was elsewhere. Doesn't change the fact that we're thin at the back but its better than having someone out for a much longer period.
  16. I am just hoping its not the end of his season. Heres hoping for the best.
  17. Really sorry to hear that Mike. RIP Jax
  18. Pfizer doesn't need anyone's money when you look at all they own, I find it funny that the USG even tried to say they had a part in it. Nice to see them get to this stage and hopefully it goes further but it seems the medical community was right when they shared an optimistic EOY forecast for first viable vaccine.
