I can see some sense in that but January is a long ways off and there are a lot of games which will come before then. The problem with bringing someone in, even an experienced CB, is that they will need to be integrated and that takes a bit of time. Add to the fact that our defensive line seems to have players who rotate in and out with injuries so its not an assured solution because the two CBs could potentially be swapping around even if you get one who is more experienced. Mind you, I wouldn't mind Pepe at Liverpool. Bit of nastiness and a drive is never a bad thing.

The other thing to worry about is Thiago. Apparently he walked off injured and he might be out too now.

I can see Ali coming back for the City game and although Sheff Utd shouldn't be what game this season has been easy? Strange times but its time for the rest of the team to step up and do the work we know they can do. I still think we're fine, stupid that we have to lose both of our most important defensive players but we can still do well.

I think everyone was just trying to be optimistic but in the end that kind of pressure on his knee and the way it buckled was never going to be good news. Defense has to step up now. When is Alisson back again? Two weeks from now I think.

Well with the way most game studios have started ported games over to PC its inevitable that the KBM experience was never going to really be the primary goal. Take for example games that explicitly tell you when they start up "Best experienced with a controller". I don't mind really as keeping my PC updated is two-fold, one for work and one for personal reasons however I have always seen the appeal of a console more. Also, since my last comment I have used a flight-stick with Squadrons and its far better than a controller for obvious reasons.

Like I was saying earlier too. The way characters start doing things is just so random haha. Granted there are some very cool things in the show and how its explained (or they try to explain) but I think the best EP for me so far was #9. I feel like the writers tried to put too much into one show that it really doesn't do just one thing right and instead tries to be mediocre at a lot of concepts.

EP9 is out and this is nowhere as good as Hill House but this isn't really horror even if it tries at times.

Its good he went out on loan and the club got him some game time but its kind of shit to talk about your team-mate that way and in the end I'd prefer he never plays for the first team ever again (Grujic). It's one thing to be upset/embarrassed about a loss but no matter how upset you are you never take it out on a team-mate in public.

@Bluewolf have you seen the latest Lovecraft Country EP? Where in the world is this show going? P.S. Props to those two girls who did the demon acting chasing Dee, they did a very good job.

Its Single-Player campaign is rather fun if I am being honest. A few missions in and you do get a nice sense of flying whatever craft you choose. The hard part is getting used to how the joypad configured roll and throttle but once you're past that hurdle its quite fun.

You weren't at all. The real question now is how to contain it and what happens due to the fact that clearly the testing is not the sure-shot way to guarantee any kind of situation is truly COVID-free. I guess we'll see in the next two weeks what happens but I figure the club is making inquiries on what can be done and asking everyone to exercise precaution as much as they can while on international duty. The bigger worry with International duty is also that some players are going to be visiting countries where the virus has spread far more than the UK so the risk increases and this is not just Liverpool but every club anywhere during this period. Why FIFA insists on having players travel cross-continent is beyond me but they are also in agreement with UEFA to let fans back into stadiums so I suppose the former argument is wasted on them.

Went to watch these guys almost a decade ago or maybe even more. Nice to see they stuck to the blues and rock music they were always good at.

Its not to say it isn't possible (low chances of course) but if it did then there would be a bigger issue. I don't see any problems with it due to the exact reason you stated but tests aren't always accurate as has been proven over the course of this pandemic and risks are still associated with one person getting infected leading to more. I don't think anyone is going to be out for a longer period just because of how healthy they have to be considering what they do.

Think the bigger problem is that they've got it now who's to say others dont? And that turns into a serious problem but if that did happen then I'd imagine depending on the number of players, the league postpones those games for fear of further infection.

I think Mane is an iffy situation but Thiago is assured. As for the rest of them, there's zero guarantee they don't get the virus on international travel with country or that they don't get injured in a game/training. If we lose another one of our first XI players its going to be a very interesting next few weeks.

Klopp gets time to think while everyone is away and come up with a game-plan involving all the returning players. The only X-factor now is will everyone come back fit from international duty.
