Unforgotten Series 4 on ITV. Brilliant Cold Case drama. The first three series were class and this has started solidly too. I love the way the characters are introduced and you delve into their background, all the while knowing they are all suspects who know eachother and are connected to the dead body found at the start of each series.

Glad that palava is over. Absolute farce. It's very clear we're saving ourselves for the T20 WC this year so now watch us play full strength sides in the one dayers/T20's as prep for it.

Ok, not posted on here for a while but as it was my turn to cook tonight I went for a quick and easy Spag Bol. Yeah yeah I know, nothing to shout about but it was tasty. First time i've used proper basil leaves too than the dried stuff and it makes a difference.

The Life of David Gale Sometimes you miss a movie when it was made, catch it a few years later and think, how did I miss that one? Really enjoyed it, but then I think Kevin Spacey plays that ever so slightly sinister role quite well. He basically has the part of a man convicted of murder and rape facing the death penalty in a few days time who requests a journalist come to visit him for two hours a day before he is executed so he can tell his story Kate Winslett is the other main lead as a journalist searching for the truth. What seemed a cut and dry case transpires to be a lot murkier than she thought, enough to arise doubt that the man in question did it. Really good and a couple clever twists in the end too. Worth a watch on Amazon Prime at the mo. 7.8/10

Possibly, yeah. I can't imagine that helps at all collecting bumps and bruises when you are already pretty susceptible to injuries. I thought I'd look into it and the amount of injuries he has had is pretty high for his age. The common factor is they all seem mostly muscular so perhaps it is something to do with the conditioning.

That's tough luck. The two bright sparks they have crocked at the same time. They only just got Saint-Maximin back to starting games, albeit only for 65/70mins and no more, I guess they always feared something could ping at any minute with him. I like Saint-Maximin and I honestly think he is someone who would absolutely thrive under Bielsa but I got to be honest, the guy seems made of biscuits. He's never survive the training here. He just seems to pick up a lot of injuries on the face of it.

Good idea. It's hard to pick as I probably have a 1001 pics of the Dog alone, but I like this one I took of the Eiffel Tower in Paris a couple years ago. It seemed to get a few likes. Also this one. We were on quad bikes in Protaras and found this lovely quiet hidden church/place of worship made out of the rocks (I'd seen it online previously). No one was around, it was so quiet and yet it felt quite unusual. I mentioned I have loads of our dog all pretty cute, especially when sleeping, but this one I love purely because you can see how transfixed she is with the bubbles.

If they are going to wobble, best to do it now than at the end.

Looking forward to catching Josh Warrington tomorrow, especially as there's no bullshit PPV, on one of the normal Sky Sports channels. He looks in great shape in all. Just a shame there is no crowd because the atmosphere for his fights are mental.
