STILL playing Stardew Valley. That game is stupidly addictive. Even bought a version for my tablet for when I'm not wanting to be on my PC. @nudge, I should have read your old posts about it and avoided. I can't stop playing.

It's all just getting ridiculous now. I understand that the virus is moving fast and as a result we need to adapt the restrictions to keep up but it feels like the government are continually contradicting themselves. I gave them the benefit of the doubt early on in this pandemic as it was a completely new thing to have to contend with but it's approaching a year since the first lockdown now and what has really changed?

Watched Soul after seeing a few of you talking about it and I loved it. Really nice plot, relatable characters and situations and some really clever jokes.

Wanted a casual game to play for an hour this afternoon so downloaded Stardew Valley. Didn’t expect to be playing it 8 hours later. Different to my normal games but really enjoyed the relaxed approach. It’s going alongside Minecraft as my go to games that don’t require massive brain effort.

I've decided it's time to move on from my Canon 600D. So now I'm going to start scouting out other cameras and see what takes my fancy. Still self teaching myself so want to try and rely less on the automatic settings.

That was a rollercoaster ride of emotion!

Margaret will go down in history as the first recipient to receive it but the nurse will be immensely honored to have administered it too.

Watched Die Hard again last night. Never gets dull!

Yeah it's over 100 miles. I live in Leeds and only managed about 2 miles of it so far but it's a really nice walk.

Proper getting into Ultimate Team now. Like @RandoEFC said, I'm enjoying the collecting and opening of the packs that I've earnt through Squad Battles, the odd Rivals match (even though I get dicked 6 or 7 nil) and Squad Building Challenges.

Hit my 2 stone last weekend. Aiming for 3 now but it's my birthday at the weekend so me and the girlfriend have said a treat weekend is allowed as long as we get back on it from Monday.

Midfield is without a doubt the weakest part of our squad. Having Dean Henderson in doesn't make a difference really as I doubt he will get long ,if at all, on the pitch. I agree with @Smiley Culture that Ings would have been a better option than Tammy Abraham too

Absolutely no need for that information overload either. Everyone knew he was going to be announcing another lockdown so he could have got the announcement out the way, done the slides, and then proceeded to take the public and press questions as he did.

Boris holding a press conference with the medical officers at 5pm today. Expected to be an announcement for a national lockdown. What baffles me is that they've just announced over the past few days some more tier changes to come into effect today and some on Monday. Surely if it IS a national lockdown, they wouldn't have done that?

What a bloody joke, thought that one was just me when I played it the other day. It's not fixed in the latest update for PC so it'll be a while if they do!

Definitely agree about the pace aspect. I've started a Career Mode with Chicago Fire in the MLS. First couple of games were tough but got a few points. Then I bought Eddie Nketiah from Arsenal and he's scored 3 hattricks in 3 games solely because of his pace. One grievance with FIFA21 is the fucking training in Career Mode. Hate it.

Doing a bit more Ultimate Team this year so far. Not playing online matches as simply put, I'm just not good enough, but I'm enjoying doing Squad Battles and some of the friendly modes.
