He is a hell of a player. City have missed him.

I know he's had his up's and down's with Pep due to his workrate but he's so exciting to watch in full flow when he's on it.

Seen him play live a couple times and actually didn't realise how strong on the ball he is till I saw up close.

And he is ice cool on the ball as well. Just skips past players in a blink.

City should do everything they can to keep him.

Unlikely to happen with his contract expiring next year. Will be interesting to see, they could just make him see it out.

We think he is close to signing a new deal with us  ..if that don't happen i would make him see the contract out giving us more time to work on him, pay his mum off who is the one who wants to go home, Leroy will be a big fish in a small pond in Germany and as a result his development will suffer, here every game is difficult

100 million or wait a year until he’s free.

Hmmmm

It's worth it for us  ..or another team might pay the 100m this summer (if he turns our contract down) Sterling did the same with Madrid to get a better deal from us

Bild is reporting its done and others are confirming, under €50m and wont be the top earner. IF this is true; fantastic all around.

New superstar for the Bundesliga - SANÉ TO BAYERN IS DONE!

Transfer fee and salary lower than expected

The Bundesliga can look forward to a new superstar!

According to information from Guardiola, the transfer of national player Leroy Sané (24) from Manchester City to FC Bayern is perfect. The dribbling outward striker signs a five-year contract until 2025.

Bayern's chief negotiator and new sports director Hasan Salihamidzic (43) is said to have come up with a super deal that makes sense even in the financially strained Corona crisis.

Sané costs less than 50 million euros! A year ago, when a change was being negotiated, there was still talk of around 120 million euros. A torn cruciate ligament on August 4, 2019 had prevented the transfer at that time.

Sané will not become top earner at FC Bayern! He is said to have shown understanding for the difficult situation and to receive significantly less than the 20 million euros per year that were being demanded just a few months ago.

With Sané, Coman and Gnabry, Bayern now has three top outfielders at its disposal and impressively closes the construction site that had been created after Arjen Robben and Franck Ribéry had left.

What does the Sané transfer mean for the Champions League?

Bayern cannot rely on Sané in the current competition anyway. Manchester City are said not to have signalled any interest in using him in the return leg against Real Madrid or possible further games, so Sané should be training in Munich in August at the latest and not travelling to Lisbon for the tournament.

With Sané and French top talent Tanguy Kouassi (18/Paris) and the replacement-free Nübel (Schalke), FC Bayern's transfer activities should be over for the time being. Salihamidzic had announced that a top star (Sané) and a top talent (Kouassi) would be coming. Speculations about a transfer of Kai Havertz (21) this summer should have been finally settled.

► According to BILD information, FC Bayern has extended the contracts with the three loan players Philippe Coutinho (28), Ivan Perisic (31) and Álvaro Odriozola (24) by two months. All three players are said to have been prepared to give up 50 percent of their salaries.

Bayern are setting themselves up nicely long term. Gnabry, Sane, Havertz, is a devastating attack.

Probably get Sancho and/or Haaland as well as Dortmund is the feeder club.

Moving to Bayern... Where did it all go wrong?

Yep. 68 wins from 90 games as well, with 53 'goal involvements'. Went so terribly wrong didn't it xD
