Leeds are a bigger club than Burnley, with I imagine ultimate ambitions of competing for Europe in the not so distant future, next season they should have 40k crowds filling the coffers every week. They were able to attract Bielsa in the first place, could Burnley have done that? No chance. I get the idea of progression etc but it can be very difficult for small town clubs.
