That's correct, it's not directly linked BUT ..all the charges around sponsorship are no longer valid with the rules being deemed illegal under UK law

Keep doing you in the corner.

You falsely accuse us of cheating for over a year and when it's just been proven in the court that the premier league restricted us unlawfully you want to brush it under the rug? 🤣 ..seems fair

I'm not even bothered about who said what or trolling on here anymore tbh, too busy trolling Goldbridge and the like

Got it slightly wrong, it's a 2 year straight contract now confirmed 😎 ..massive rebuild happening this summer with possibly 7 players or so leaving, top target is Wirtz

You lot have any intentions of bringing back Delap?

Apparently the striker we are looking at to compete with Jackson.

Wirtz is a good player but you already have Foden,  and the aging Gundogan and De Bruyne,  what you don't have is a DM if Rodri goes down.   Admittedly there are no players that do the same,  Rice and Bruno G are the closest and neither are available.

I don't get the Gvardiol signing anymore,  you spent 90m for a CB to play LB?

Over half the squad is 30 or over, we need to be ruthless this summer and sell Walker, Stones, Bernardo, Gundogan, Nunes, Kovacic, Grealish and replace them all with top players

Sky sports are talking about sacking pep. I know modern football fans are fickle but that's ridiculous

Would be the best thing to happen to football in England in a long time though.

Yeah I know but it's ridiculous isn't it. Sky are probably a lot of the reason fans want to sack the manager after one bad game. They haven't got anything interesting to say so they talk shit.

Think Pep's the only manager in history to lose 5 games in a row and get a 2 year contract extension 😂  ..it's clear the club still trust him, the fault is with Txiki for not recruiting properly the last 2 summers

Sky's in the business of making as much drama and pantomime out of the football (and any other sport) as they can. For them, it's not enough that football is enjoyable to a huge number of people - they've got to manufacture some drama to keep eyes on them. They do things to turn managers, players, fans into heroes and or villains so they can weave their bollocks and spin up a nice story. But it's ultimately bollocks.

We're all a lot better off paying less attention to them and their pundits, honestly. The idea that City should sack Pep is hilarious, but stupid. Pay no mind to the idiocy that comes out of Sky or TalkShite or any of these media companies that exist to dress up football (or any sport) into something more than it is. They just want to make football seem more engaging than it is already so they can get some ad revenue to wind up richer.

We have a buy back clause on Delap and a 20% sell on

Don't want Pep sacked. I admire what he has done as a manager. But his situation is now different. A big rebuild is required, want to see if he is up to it. Also, not sure he'll be able to throw unlimited cash at it. His next 2 to 3 years will be interesting.

Mikheil Kavelashvili is almost certain to be Georgia's president following controversial changes to the selection process. The country's ruling party recently won a parliamentary election plagued by accusations of "bribery, double voting and physical violence".

Where would he have learned that kind of behaviour.

Not unlimited but a very large amount with the prize money alone we have stashed away from the last 4 seasons. we need a CB, RB new midfield and 2nd striker so about 8 players over Jan & the summer. i'd settle for Wirtz, Musiala, Valverde, Zubimendi, Rodrygo, Openda, Frimpong & Bastoni, i'm not greedy

Nearly as good as the time he completely ruined Frank de Boer.

Only people that will be getting ruined are the people accusing us of cheating 😁
