God is Haaland
We have a proper #9 now. He missed the entire preparation and the 1st Bundesliga match, but that's still better than not having a proper #9, I guess.

Dave
Jadon Sancho can be "one of the best wingers in the world", according to his Borussia Dortmund team-mate Axel Witsel. The 18-year-old's performances in the Bundesliga - registering one goal and six assists in 214 minutes - caught the eye of Gareth Southgate leading to him becoming the first player born this millennium to be called up by England. SchalkeUK
What you forgot to mention was how the game seemed to come alive when he was brought on to the field. Up to now my friends have asked why I put him in my fantasy team - these last two weeks have shut them up!!!

Dave
Quote Jadon Sancho says he is "happy" at Borussia Dortmund and is "not wasting thoughts" on a move away from the Bundesliga club. The former Manchester City winger has impressed for Dortmund this season, registering five goals and eight assists along with becoming the first player born after 2000 to receive an England call-up. Sancho has since been linked with Paris Saint-Germain - a report the French champions are understood to be surprised about - but the 18-year-old remains focused on Dortmund @BartraPique1932. God is Haaland
https://www.bvb.de/News/Uebersicht/Sancho-gegen-Pulisic!-13-Borussen-nominiert Bloody hell! Draxler can't play, so Reus will probably have to play both games. I hope he won't get injured.

Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted December 8, 2018 Subscriber Share Posted December 8, 2018 FC Schalke 04 1 v 2 Borussia Dortmund 3 hours ago|European Football Sancho is the youngest Dortmund player to score six in a season Jadon Sancho scored the winner as Borussia Dortmund moved nine points clear of at the top of the Bundesliga with a victory over derby rivals Schalke. Thomas Delaney's header put the league leaders ahead before Schalke levelled through Daniel Caligiuri's penalty. With 16 minutes to play, England winger Sancho picked the ball up on the left, drove into the box and finished coolly. It was the 18-year-old's sixth goal of the season, making him the youngest Dortmund player to reach that total. Elsewhere, defending champions Bayern Munich moved up to second with a 3-0 victory over Nuremberg in which Robert Lewandowski scored two goals for the 42nd time in Germany's top flight. Only ex-Bayern striker Gerd Muller has scored more doubles, with 55. Polish forward Lewandowski headed in Joshua Kimmich's corner before tucking home the rebound after Leon Goretzka's curled effort struck the bar from outside the box. Franck Ribery added the third in a comfortable victory over the 16th-placed side. Borussia Monchengladbach can climb back above Bayern and narrow Dortmund's lead to seven points with victory at home to 15th-placed Stuttgart on Sunday. Defeat in the Ruhr derby against Dortmund means Schalke slip to 13th in the table, five points above the bottom two. Dortmund, unbeaten domestically this season, have not won the German league since 2012, with Bayern claiming the past six titles. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/46495149

SchalkeUK
If anyone is feeling sad and wants a good laugh then I suggest you Google the Schalke 04 page (English Version) and look at this week's complacent comments by the idiot who thinks he manages the 04 team and his version of what would happen today! With 6 players on the park playing out of position (his new strategy to confuse the opposition - which actually confuses his own players more) he seems to be living in a land where little piggies take off regularly. Much more of this and he will be seriously at the risk of being made to stand under them while they relieve themselves!
