Results - Gameweek Four

Casualties (1)

@Whiskey is the only remaining player eliminated this week, as Union Berlin came out on the wrong side of their top vs bottom clash at VfL Bochum on Sunday afternoon, losing 2-1.

Three points on the board in this round and still a chance of sneaking a bonus point, see you in the next round!

Survivors (4)

Dortmund justified their position as the most popular pick this week with an emphatic 5-0 hammering of Stuttgart on Saturday, delivering @nudge, @Dan and @Michael over a fourth consecutive hurdle. The only other person left in the game is @Redcanuck, who has Freiburg to thank for his survival this time around, goals from Kubler and Grifo securing their 2-0 victory over ten man Werder Bremen.

Congratulations on another week's progress! We're in tie breaker territory now with less than five players remaining. See below for the next set of fixtures.

Results - Gameweek Five

Survivors (4)

No danger of any tie break involvement this week as all four survivors make it to a sixth Gameweek with emphatic victories. First up, Bayern's 6-2 rout of Mainz saw @nudge and @Dan safely through another set of fixtures, before Wolfsburg matched the four goal winning margin at home to Bochum, carrying @Michael and @Redcanuck through.

Congratulations, that's now five points on the board with a likely chance of bonus points for a podium finish!

Indeed, a 2-1 win for Werder Bremen sees all four of @nudge, @Dan, @Michael and @Redcanuck string together a sixth consecutive correct pick, meaning we don't need to resort to tie break picks again.

Yes.

Choupo-Moting missed a penalty as well xD.

What if Union Berlin win?

Choupo-Moting is a good striker, but he isn't elite. He is just benefitting from the fact that he is the main striker for the stand-out team in Germany. That penalty miss from him though, what a shame.(
