OrangeKhrush Posted October 7, 2022 Posted October 7, 2022 St James will be electric, the mood is up and we may be bolstered by timely returns. the fixture marks one year since the take over
Administrator Stan Posted October 7, 2022 Author Administrator Posted October 7, 2022 We need to win this. Build on Monday's win.
Subscriber Dan+ Posted October 7, 2022 Subscriber Posted October 7, 2022 My honest, ultimately quite cynical view is that Monday was down to the factors of how bad Forest were, how much the players responded to the crowd and some pretty superb finishes. I don't think we're fixed all of a sudden, albeit you would like to think there's a bit more confidence. I've a feeling we'll lose this and be back at square one.
Administrator Stan Posted October 8, 2022 Author Administrator Posted October 8, 2022 As expected from us. Ndidi injured so Soumare comes in. Daka starts for Vardy.
Administrator Stan Posted October 8, 2022 Author Administrator Posted October 8, 2022 Braybrooke is a very highly rated central midfielder from our academy. Good to see him on the bench.
Administrator Stan Posted October 8, 2022 Author Administrator Posted October 8, 2022 Man City XI - Ederson, Cancelo, Akanji, Dias, Ake, Rodrigo, De Bruyne (C), Bernardo, Mahrez, Foden, Haaland Southampton XI - Bazunu, Walker-Peters, Bella-Kotchap, Salisu, Perraud, Diallo, Ward-Prowse (C), S. Armstrong, Aribo, A. Armstrong, Adams
Danny Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 Tough game today. Pinnock, Ajer and Mee at centre back is good news though. Dan Burn at left back for them is also good news. But yeah, if we get a draw I'll be happy.
Administrator Stan Posted October 8, 2022 Author Administrator Posted October 8, 2022 Costa starts for Wolves against his old club.
Happy Blue Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 Bit rude to not have the City game on Sky or BT today, will have to watch it on City+ tonight

Danny Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 Frustrating but correct decision, Toney clearly impeding their defenders chance of winning the ball.
Danny Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 Shame to be 1-0 down, up until then we'd played well.
OrangeKhrush Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 Howe could have started Joelinton and ASM, he remained consistent to Murphy and Longstaff and the trust has been rewarded.
OrangeKhrush Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 Brentford got caught a bit naive in the second goal, most teams do homework and would know that we are one of the best pressing teams in all of Europe and they still decided to play it out the back. To cute for the situation, if I was a Brentford fan I would be fuming.
Happy Blue Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 Southampton get a corner, ref says fuck that, it's HT hardly touched the ball and done that to um lol
Happy Blue Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 Haaland's gone a full half without scoring, is he finished as a footballer?
