Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted November 24, 2022 Subscriber Posted November 24, 2022 Akanji should be scoring there.
Administrator Stan Posted November 24, 2022 Author Administrator Posted November 24, 2022 Cameroon have been the better side but the game lacks that cutting edge or extra bit of quality.
Gunnersaurus Posted November 24, 2022 Posted November 24, 2022 Just turned it on. First thing I noticed is how karen Carney can analyse a game much better than her male counterparts
Administrator Stan Posted November 24, 2022 Author Administrator Posted November 24, 2022 1-0 to the Swiss! Embolo scores. He was born in Cameroon so that must be somewhat bitter-sweet...
Subscriber Pyfish+ Posted November 24, 2022 Subscriber Posted November 24, 2022 1-0. Good ball by Shaqiri for that goal.
Administrator Stan Posted November 24, 2022 Author Administrator Posted November 24, 2022 Cameroon need to find a way of getting the ball to Choupo-Moting quicker and more frequently as he's bound to tuck away a chance.
Administrator Stan Posted November 24, 2022 Author Administrator Posted November 24, 2022 Should be 2-0. Brilliant save by Onana.
Gunnersaurus Posted November 24, 2022 Posted November 24, 2022 79 minutes gone. So Switzerland only have to hold out for about an hour

In real time it looked further in the corner.

I agree that Cameroon needed a flair player to unlock Switzerland. Surprised about the dark side of Switzerland's game and the ref seemed to miss some things. Still someone took a swipe at Xhaka off the ball and he was not too happy. Could have been 2-0 without that determined defending at the end.
6666 Posted November 24, 2022 Posted November 24, 2022 I'm guessing big teams just don't trust Yann Sommer's height because he should've made the step up from Mönchengladbach by now.
Michael Posted November 25, 2022 Posted November 25, 2022 Cameroon surprisingly had more of the dangerous chances in this game. But Switzerland scored through their Cameroon born striker, Embolo. He found the net with a shot in the area after a clever cross from Shaqiri. Vargas also had a great chance to score, but his powerful shot in the area from a cross, was well saved by Onana. Choupo-Moting looked very lively for Cameroon, but in the end, Switzerland won by one goal to nil.
