That's hot to me buddy, I can't stand the heat and the hottest I have experienced was in Aussie land many moons ago was around 49c (120f), I felt like a duck frying. You love doing opinion polls, why don't you put up one asking what is the hottest place you have experienced. 1 Quote

Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted October 23, 2023 Subscriber Posted October 23, 2023 Got a virus I think, sore throat, the shivers etc but I will shake it off, that's our gardener gave our lawn it's last cut for the year, you know then a full winter's nearly here. Quote
MUFC Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 Been raining In Manchester for over a week. At times heavy but mostly at night. During the day it's lighter but the rain has been a good thing. Long as there is rain the temperature stays round 8 degrees. Without rain it drops to 0 or below. Quote

Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted May 11 Subscriber Posted May 11 Last couple of days has been hell for me with my COPD & Asthma, flat windows partly closed and curtains are drawn, people mowing and cutting hedges has got me sneezing like a beauty, lucky I have a mini fan beside me. Quote
Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted May 22 Subscriber Posted May 22 Lovely, cooled down and I can breathe a bit better. Quote
Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted June 4 Subscriber Posted June 4 I have 2 bloody fans going on in this flat and I am still suffering from the heat in here, I think the insulation on the pipes from the central heating and hot water is shite because we live in a middle-floor flat we have pipes above, and under us and this is throwing out the heat. They say today will be gusty winds and rain and around 14c, I wish it was 0c and snow. Quote
MUFC Posted June 27 Posted June 27 For the first time in years yesterday. My hayfever went through the roof. Today there is a nice breeze in Manchester. Quote
