Looking forward to seeing it at the cinema when I get out of lockdown, assuming it's still showing by that point.

Thought it was a good film, feel like if you really love James Bond films then you’ll probably love this. Was overall a really good film and a great way to end Daniel Craig’s tenure as Bond.

Watched it last night. A decent flick, quite enjoyable, but also quite forgettable.

BUT

Personally, I really, really don't want so much emotional journey and drama in a Bond movie. I want action, swag, charisma, some humour, alcohol, sex, cool gadgets, evil villains with clear motivation. So for me, both this movie and the whole Craig era was a bit meh.

Just spent the whole evening watching this, which was quite a challenge for my brain with the attention span of an ant.

It was alright. Had it's moments, but also felt very generic Bond. They really need to revamp that franchise, if they want to have any success in the future. Casino Royal was the last fresh Bond I saw, and I had so much hope after that. But they fell right back into the same old pattern.

I enjoyed it, even though it was a bit long, but it didn't blow me away.

I didn't like it :(

That is not a surprise.

When I first heard it, I thought it was decent, but after watching the movie, the lyrics kind of gain meaning.

This is still the best of all time to be honest:

I like most Bond songs to a varying degree, but my favourite ones are probably Goldfinger, You Only Live Twice, Goldeneye, Diamonds Are Forever, and The World Is Not Enough. I probably forgot some obvious one, but those are from the top of my head :D

I don't know how they can revamp it without losing the essence of Bond, and everything that everyone loves about Bond.

I wouldn't want wholesale revamps to it anyway, personally. I like watching it just because it's entertainment done right. You don't need to try too hard to enjoy it in my opinion. You know what you're gonna get and it doesn't or rarely disappoints.

Yeah, I agree with this. Of course Bond movies are formulaic, but that's the main reason why several generations love it, imo. It's simple, fun, stylish entertainment.

Just got done watching it and I think its good that they are done with this version of Bond. Can we get back the Brosnan or Connery Bond next? Thanks MGM.
