That 12/1 looking good for you now. You'd expect him to get at least a couple more in the groups alone

Opted to boost it as well to 13/1

After an absolutely appalling opening 4 days of the World Cup where I reckon I lost not far off £100, I've redeemed myself.

Monday:
Sweden to beat South Korea
Belgium over 2.5 goals v Panama
England over 1.5 goals v Tunisia

Pays out, all three with progressively later goals.

Tuesday:
£35 on Colombia. The only black mark here.
£40 on Poland/Senegal BTTS, late goal.

Slight win on the day. Money doubled on a Brazilian game later on. All bar £20 withdrawn.

Wednesday:
Cristiano Ronaldo, Luis Suarez and Diego Costa anytime goalscorers at just over 4/1. £20 on. Literally, the only three goals on the day scored by them.

So I'd say now, I'm up.

Falcao golden boot (£250)
Argentina out at groups (£45)
Nigeria lose all games (£29.26)
Spain champions (£150)***
Uruguay champions (£140)
Saudi Arabia beat Russia (£42.50)
Messi golden boot (£45)
Colombia, Peru, Sweden treble (£136.95)

I cashed out the Spain champions bet before the cup kicked off for my stake. So that's gone but no loss.

Falcao won't win the golden boot. No goal against Japan and a scenario now that means he's likely to exit in the groups. No chance it comes in.

Messi I think has blown it. Four away already.

Saudi Arabia, fucking l-o-l. Did not realise how awful they are.

Colombia to win their group, Peru and Sweden to qualify, is looking an appalling treble with all three outcomes now unlikely.

The others I'd rank as quite unlikely, but not impossible, though Uruguay I'd have as very unlikely.

Argentina bottle it tomorrow and they could go, for sure.

Had a fiver last night on Shaqiri to get the winner with 5 left at 16/1 xD it's all gone very well for me since that England game.

Today I had a fiver on a boost of Hazard, Chicharito and Werner to all score at 17/1.

Did you?

no but I had 63p left in my account and I made a promise to myself not to deposit any more money this weekend so I put 2 in-play request-a-bets on when Mexico started making some defensive errors & looked a bit leggy. They were these:

BTTS, Hernandez to score, Son to score
Hernandez & Son to score.

Obviously the first parts of each were already in just needed Son to score. They were both 8/1! Shame I only had 30p/33p on each xDxD

I'm gutted too, with the winnings you could have bought a new caps-lock button.

all I got from that game, thanks to Toni Kroos was this:

Over 2.5 goals, over 10.5 corners, over 25 bookings points at 13/2.

Better than nothing!

So far:

Winner - Germany 9/2

Top goalscorer: Lukaku 18/1 (e/w), Neymar 9/1

Name the finalists - Brazil/Germany 10/1

Kane, Griezmann, Neymar, Lukaku & Messi to all score 2+ group game goals - 13/10

Germany bet still alive just, their route will be much tougher than if they'd won the group though. The finalists bet is off. Lukaku in a good position for top scorer, that was an each way bet too.

Don't think the group game goals is going to happen although it's still possible

not sure if this is realistic or really good odds...

Uruguay, France, Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Belgium, England and Colombia each to score 4+ group goals - 5/1

Uruguay - 2
France - 3
Argentina - 1
Germany - 2
Brazil - 3
England - 2
Colombia - 1

Not looking likely with Uruguay and Argentina with the way they are playing.

Obviously the final leg of mine loses. Werner's completely let me down in this World Cup.

God knows what to have tomorrow. England who are always shit for value and the hardest to call group in the competition. I could always.... you know.... not have anything.

I also have a group winners bet, £780 if it comes in but I don't think it will, though it isn't done for...

Group A: Uruguay. They need to beat Russia. I'd say it's unlikely.

Group B: Spain. I'm pretty certain they will.

Group C: France. Likewise.

Group D: Croatia. Likewise.

Group E: Brazil. Not quite as confident in these as the other three but I think they'll do it.

Group F: Germany. Unlikely. I'll be furious if it's these of all teams to cost me this.

Group G: Belgium. This will come in I'd imagine.

Group H: Colombia. Unlikely, but it's not impossible.

Over 1.5 goals and 9+ corners in each of ENG v PAN, JAP v SEN and POL v COL @ 7/1

Over 2.5 Goals in each of ENG v PAN, JAP v SEN and POL v COL @ 8/1

A goal in each half and 3+ corners in each half in each of ENG v PAN, JAP v SEN and POL v COL @ 16/1

Couple of quid on each from SkyBet World Cup Request-a-Bets section.
