Sjoeke Nüsken with a brace against Ajax last night. She had a brilliant start at Chelsea, and it seems like the switch to England really helped her reach the next level of her development. She has been starting for Germany recently too, and seems like a completely different player with heaps of confidence.

What's people's thoughts on the whole manager/player relationship discussion currently happening?

Willie Kirk suspended by Leicester for allegedly having a relationship with a player.

Emma Hayes going a bit further and saying teammates being in a relationship is inappropriate. She then backtracked on that.

I can see the potential dangers of manager/player relationships but at the same time I'm not sure if people should be punished when there hasn't been any of those dangers taking place.

Emma Hayes pushes Jonas Eidevall after Chelsea lost the League Cup final. Then has The nerve to complain about "male aggression". 😂

Saw a clip of it. Was there anything that went on beforehand between them?

Can you imagine the uproar if it happened the other way round?!

Hopefully this will increase her chances in the national team. I always enjoyed watching her play for Hoffenheim and never understood why she got so rarely selected for the NT.

Congratulations to Chelsea Women for lifting a fifth straight Title in a row.. Thought the season might fade and they would end up with nothing but they turned it around in the last 3 games of the season to end on a high.. A fitting end to Emma Hayes time with the club and congrats to all players that made it happen..

Germany already qualified for the Euros with two games still left.

First half wasn't bad, but not great. Second half was much better with a few changes made at half-time. Still, it was like 30-6 shots on goal, so the efficiency has room for improvement.

Only bad thing though is that Lena Oberdorf had to be subbed off with what looked like a serious injury. Losing her would be a huge blow with the Olympics coming up.

@Tommy bit of a hammering for your girls tonight mate

Yea, not a great performance. Controlled possession but didn't create any clear chances. And very sloppy in defence. All of Iceland's goals were a result of an individual mistake by one of our players. Still top of the group and two points ahead of Iceland. So maybe the only positive is that we can work on those mistakes and become better of it as a result.

Iceland have been competitive in womens football over the years. I think they gave Germany a few problems in qualifying before haven't they? I feel a bit sorry for England women. They could qualify next week but it has been completely overshadowed by the mens euros. The attendances are down a bit for England ladies. I couldn't get a ticket a few years ago when they played usa but they are still getting 25000 plus regularly.
