Looking very much like City’s trophy unless the amount of games they play catches up with them. United surely second favourites behind them.

Also wouldn’t surprise me if Spurs went out this round too.

Nice work.

It's amazing how many teams will be looking at that draw thinking "If only we'd played a stronger team..."

Or if only we had a stronger team.

Regardless, an absolute piss take from us. Everton all over. Can guarantee if none of the big six had been knocked out and the next round was Chelsea away then we'd have tonked Millwall 3-0.

Spurs just as bad. Would have had Doncaster away next with only City and Chelsea or United to potentially stop them.

Leicester can breathe a bit easier at least knowing that if they'd done Newport and Middlesbrough they'd have got Man Cityed at this stage.

We're an absolute pack of cunts though. Need to take a screenshot of that draw for the next time I feel sympathetic towards the club or any of the recent managers and say that it's unfair to expect them to win anything against the strength of the top six.

Couldn't agree more.

Amazing that West Ham could have had Millwall. Gutting. But what a chance for a quater final place they would have had.

Newcastle are another one. Play a strong team, beat Watford's reserves Saturday and they go to Pompey or QPR for a place in the quaters. Madness again.

I bet you clubs like Brighton and Wolves go for their replays now knowing what's at stake.

The draw pitching United and Chelsea against each other also makes it more likely that the last Europa spot goes to the runners up of this instead of 7th in the league.

Assuming City and the Chelsea/United victor doesn't lose to another team, there's a ~58% that they can avoid each other until the final.
