  1. Been away for two long weekends. Weekend one in Budapest with the boys (class) and Weekend two in Paris which is where the original post originated from, planning for my missus' 2nd year anniversary. Budapest is a gem, second time there for me now and it's brilliant. Have to say big thanks to @Danny and @...Dan for their tips and advice on what to do/look out for in Paris. I didn't stay in the Monmartre region but we did go up there one late afternoon through to evening and it was beaut. Stayed in the Saint Germain region, near Notre Dame which was nice, some lovely cafe's, bistro's and patisserie's near by. Ate enough pastries to sink a battleship and loved the local cuisine. A little bit unlucky with the weather but we made the best of it by doing all the usual touristy things, as well as the Catacomb's (not planned) and going up the Notre Dame tower. The Seine cruise at night was also lovely. Will definitely come back again one summer when it's hotter.

  2. Commercial free live coverage of each race, including all practice sessions, qualifying, pre- and post-race interviews and press conferences. Race coverage includes team radios, live data, on-board camera feeds from all 20 cars, and the possibility to split the screen for a custom head-to-head driver feeds. Plus live races of the main support series (F2, GP3 and Porsche Super Cup) and access to the video archive of of F1 races since 1981. Here's their promo:

  3. Granted, he also struggled in NASCAR (which is, in my opinion, an awful racing series, but driving heavy stock cars that are hard to handle is a difficult task nonetheless), but I think the whole culture there didn't suit him either, just like it was the case with him and F1 before that. Did well in IndyCar, and this is his first team in IMSA driving for Team Penske now, I'll keep an eye on him hehe. As for Senna, the drivers back then were a completely different breed, but so was motorsport in general. Raw racing, lack of safety, and completely different characters and attitudes. I think it's impossible to tell how certain drivers from the past would do in today's F1, but it's safe to say that it has become very different and has lost a big part of its magic.

  4. Yeah, Montoya has been a brilliant driver throughout his career in almost every category... His time in F1 wasn't up to the standards he has oferred during the rest of his career and curiously enough seeing as he's popped up into this humorous moment we've both been throwing around I can use to show why I dislike F1 so much these days. Montoya couldn't take the stupidity involved in the sport because he is first and foremost a racing driver and I remember a Brazilian F1 journalist a couple of years back saying that Ayrton Senna in today's F1 would have been a major failure.

  5. Both are too hot headed and lose their composure easily; unlike Crashtor Maldonado, Montoya's a good driver though
