  2. I was shocked yesterday to discover that the Southport guy was born in Cardiff and not in fact a migrant who arrived in a small boat over the channel after the scum with the Reform UK logo as their Twitter profile picture immediately insisted in an attempt to bolster their politics and turn the UK into even more of a cesspit of racism. Humans have had millenia to develop and evolve and yet there's still a huge number of us more interested in scoring points for their agenda when something like this happens when the only normal reaction is to express sympathy with the victims and see if there's anything you can do to help the local community. Those trying to spread the lie that it was another Islamist migrant or whatever are animals. Making claims like these to spread hate and division should be criminalised.

  3. https://www.beinsports.com/en-mena/football/bundesliga/articles/german-football-adopts-euro-2024-referee-rule-2024-07-16 German football adopts Euro 2024 referee rule A rule that only a team captain can talk to referees, introduced at Euro 2024, will be applied to all levels of German football, the German FA (DFB) has announced. Under the rule, players who approach a referee to discuss a decision will be given yellow cards. The German FA said the rule would be adopted in both men's and women's football from the professional level through to local leagues. The rule, designed to promote more respect for referees and clearer interactions with match officials, was implemented in all UEFA club competitions early in July. Several yellow cards were handed out for non-captains approaching referees at Euro 2024. A total of 161 yellows were handed out in the group stages alone. At Euro 2020, the total for the entire tournament was 151. Ansgar Schwenken, the Director of Match Operations and Fans at the Bundesliga, said the rule was "the logical step for more fairness and respect."

  4. If your first thoughts when hearing of such atrocities is not with the victims, their families and the witnesses and rather is “where is the attacker from?” then you’re a massive Andrew Tate loving, “Matrix” supporting danger and need locking up as much as those who commit these atrocities.

  5. In my opinion, the revolt is genuine. Chavismo is a disaster. 1/4 of the population immigrated, thousands suffer from hunger, urban violence skyrocketed. In the 90s, PDVSA, their state oil company, produced more than 3 million oil barrels per day. Now it produces less than half of that sum. The country has the world´s largest oil reservers. Chávez and Maduro put all his political allies in critical positions at PDVSA and they didn´t know a thing about oil extraction. It´s also important to point out that Venezuela was already a disaster before the sanctions. Maduro is still in power only because China, Russia and Iran have interest in keeping the regime afloat.

  7. Yep, you can tell someone's true colours when the first thing they think of is the ethnicity of the attacker as opposed to the several lives that have been ended or impacted because of their actions

  8. Not keen on our new home shirt but some of the other stuff Umbro are producing for us is incredible. Our new away kit is going back to our old retro yellow one and I can't wait!

  9. Venezuela is burning. Again The population doesn't accept the oficial result of the election, that gave Maduro the victory. Protests all over the country. Even the latin american left is hesitant to declare Maduro the legitimate winner. The regime is in Real trouble. The "colectivos chavistas", Maduro's paramilitary, are armed to their teeth and are already doing their dirty work of shooting civilians.
