  1. I'm not sure what @Faithcore's photo means, but I meant the SPD winning the election.
  2. Yeah, how are you, @Rucksackfranzose and @Faithcore feeling about the new party?
  3. Hammered. It's Märzen season so my intake is much higher than usual. I bid on them thinking, 'yeah, for a 15 bucks this isn't bad'. Fucking won them both.
  4. Is that the black and gold one? If so, check DHgate.com, they have them for cheap and I have bought a few some that website and they are spot on.
  5. They will go where the money is, and right now there is a correlation between some of the countries with a lot of money coupled with a lack of human rights. They'd head to Afghanistan tomorrow if the price was right.

    What are you listening to?

Yeah, so it hasn't been the easiest times as of late, and during such times I typically use art (mixed with some beer) as my outlet. So I've been doing a lot of writing and painting as of late, and been listening to this song a lot..

    The Weather

I also had a nightmare as a kid where I had the local newscaster come in and tell me a hurricane was heading to my room and that I needed to follow him to safety. Mom woke me up hours later as I was on the back porch. When my Mom asked me why I was out there, I told her 'Glenn Burns said a hurricane was going to hit my room'. And some wonder why I never do drugs.
  8. The long sleeved one is class, but yeah, they are both really nice. Only cost me about $50 for both
  9. Yeah, so got an email the other day from ebay saying that I had the winning bid. Surprised, I looked to see what it was a bought.... Turns out I bid on two different RWE jerseys, and won both, both of which arrived today.
  10. I'm a bit hit or miss on Dan Brown's novels. I love some of his ideas, but the writing is very dumbed down and he creates historical events to 'add' to the story, when really it wouldn't make a bit of difference if the fabrication was there or not. I also love the study of religions and symbols so that aspect fascinates me. I did hear about this so I'll check it out.
  11. The only one I'm aware of at the moment, is our lack of badges. I had a weird posting issue the other day, but fixed it somehow without me figuring out what was the problem initially.
  12. Some of you know (I think), but my Dad was diagnosed with skin cancer a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday was his surgery and I went to see him today. Looks like they took off half his nose, but can't really see anything from all the heavy bandage. As someone who has been beyond blessed with healthy parents, this has been a wake up call for me this year after seeing my Dad get his ass kicked by COVID back in January and now this. But it does appear that they got all the cancer out after 2 attempts, but we'll know more once he recovers a bit more and goes in for his checkup.

    Off Topic

Christ that is funny as shit @Bluewolf. I imagine @MUFC could learn a lot.
  14. A few of my favorite screenshots of that that short film.
  15. That lad in the wheelchair drinking with the RWE flag is my hero.
  16. Makes sense. I imagine a lot of that feeling has faded with the gaps in divisions the two teams participate in, and thus rarely, if ever, meeting up again. A massive football party in Berlin sound nice though.
  17. @nudge Was doing some reading on some Regionalliga team, and read that RWE has a very strong friendship with Bremen, but I couldn't find out how or why this started. Do you have any ideas? I will say that watching Regionalliga this year has been fantastic. I love those small club feels and yesterday between the Münster and RWE match was just mad scenes and absolutely a joy to watch.
  18. I'd agree with @Cicero above. Down here, hunting is also very popular so that is one of the largest reasons why gun owners are so popular in my area. Personally, I've never hunted nor held a gun, but a lot of people I live near have some pretty serious stock piles. I know that after the previous election, a few of my neighbors stocked up on guns and ammunition because their is a massive fear that the current administration will take those guns away and so they want to be better prepared to defend their right to 'bear arms', provided to all American citizens in the 2nd Amendment.
