@Tommy @Devil wait til summer comes. Clearer skies and much more sight of stars and planets and constellations. You've probably heard of things like Ursa Minor/Ursa Major/Cassiopeia etc etc. Like you guys, my neighbours probably thought 'why's he taking pictures of the sky in pitch black with a shitty smartphone' . Little did they know what delights I was just observing! It's such a simple thing to do and enjoy with such little effort. The app is superb.

Yeah we've got approx £300 credit at the moment. Paid same DD as what we did in summer but it's slowly being ticked away at. Suspect it'll decrease in Jan/Feb even more but can amend/review just before summer.

Isn't that just because in the summer you use less energy, so it builds up credit to use in the winter when usage does inevitably increase? So there's like a natural overpayment to cover costs in the winter?

Yep, having things in common or just being able to debate/discuss are a good point. You don't want someone who just constantly agrees with everything. Sense of humour is such a huge green flag too - you want someone to be able to pick you up when things are a bit rough, or just have a casual joke around when together or with each other's friends/family.
