  1. How comes you're that sure? Genuine question. As far as I know only 18 members of a 23men squad have been nominated so far. Granted, Germany will likely take 3 goalkeepers to the tournament and only 1 of them -Neuer- has been announced, so far. Still considering that's 3 spots for non keepers that are unoccupied as it stands. From the players already nominated 4 are designated attackers, doubt Nagelsmann will nominate an additional one. Given 5 of these 18 players are defenders I'd say there's 1 perhaps even two spots in midfield left.
  2. Without any schadenfreude, well actually with a bit of schadenfreude, noticing Hoeneß might have Bayern done a disservice with his debatable tcriticism on a media event nobody called for.
  3. Since we've still got a chance, as scant as it is, to finish on 4th spot, which would guarantee DFB-Pokal next season even if we're not going to win the Saarlandpokal final, I'll fucking hope the players pull themselves together and win in Regensburg. Winning Saarlandpokal against Homburg isn't as safe as it might look to outstanding spectators and I'm in fucking love with DFB-Pokal.

  10. Not really related, yet mentioning it since it left a nasty taste in my mouth and still does: Will probably never forget of the TV pictures, when the Saudi UN ambassador declared women would be allowed to conduct cars in Saudi Arabia from then on and all these ambassadors duely applauded like that would deserve praise.
  11. All you guys apparently are ignoring the bonus round. Didn't set it up only not to count it.
  13. Türkgücü München are in the papers again. Since their former investor Hasan Kivran became insolvent they're in rough waters financially. Apparently even more so than I imagined, since they became really creative; now they demand potential future players to pay a triple digit amount of money if they want to have a trial with them. Seriously, wondering what kind of professional footballer would pay money to have a trial at a club on the brink of bankruptcy, given Türkgücü had to withdraw their team from 3.Liga 2 seasons ago and couldn't start a team in RL Bayern due to financial issues several times this season.
  14. They don't sell it in Germany. It's only brewed for export. Since there's a woman wearing a dirndl on the label to countries outside of that bordering Germany preferably, I presume.
  15. This has been an average matchday without particularities for us. Matchday 33 1) Bluewolf 12 points 2) 6666 11 points 3) CaaC(John) 8 points 4) Rucksackfranzose 7 points 4) Tommy 7 points 6) Michael 6 points 7) Coma 5 points 7) Stan 5 points 9) Viva la FCB 4 points 6666gained a bit of a lead while Bluewolf jumped from 6th to 2nd spot. 16. Three players scoring double digits and only one player gaining less than 6 points. That's been a good matchday for us as a group. Matchday 33 1) Tommy 14 points 2) Coma 12 points 3) Michael 10 points 4) Rucksackfranzose 8 points 5) Bluewolf 7 points 6) Stan 6 points 6) Viva la FCB 6 points 8- CaaC(John) 3 points Michael extended his lead; there were a few changes on the spots below the top, though. Table after 33 matchdays 1) @Michael 213 points 2) @Viva la FCB 203 points 3) @Tommy 201 points 4) @Bluewolf 200 points 5) @Coma 194 points 6) @CaaC (John) 192 points 7) @Stan 189 points 8- Rucksackfranzose 172 points 9) @londonerlilie 147 points 9) @nawoo 147 points
  17. Matches played on Sunday, the 19th of May, at 15:30 CET Hamburg - Nürnberg Düsseldorf - Magdeburg Lautern - Braunschweig Hannover - Kiel Fürth - Schalke Rostock - Paderborn Elversberg - Karlsruhe Osnabrück - Hertha BSC Wehen - St Pauli
  18. Since FCS play their match at Ludwigspark this Sunday at 19:30 I'll be not at home when the last match of this matchday ends. Therefore the table update will be singificantly later than usual, perhaps even not until Monday. I apologize.
  19. Matches played on Sat, the 18th of May, 15:30 CET Dortmund - Darmstadt Union -Freiburg Leverkusen - Augsburg Frankfurt - Leipzig Wolfsburg - Mainz Hoffenheim - Bayern Bremen - Bochum Stuttgart - Gladbach Heidenheim - Köln
  20. They could have learbed from the distratous course of their current manager search and just shut up on speculations, though.
  21. And there it is! Hamburg lost and confirmed they will be playing in 2.Liga once more next season. On a sidenote, if St Pauli and Kiel should be promoted HSV were the club that's been playing consistently 2.Liga for the longest time out of all 2.Liga clubs next season.
  22. Same old same old: It's me posting about the vexed subject of investors again. For a change it's concerning Hertha again. http://www.berliner-kurier.de/hertha/hertha-bsc-millionen-zoff-fuer-investor-777-partners-in-england-und-belgien-li.2213646 Although Hertha BSC apparently didn't feel any consequences of these issues so far, it's the question when rather than if that time will come. In the meantime am convinced will be going to get violent towards anybody suggesting FCS should negotiate with a potential investor.
