I can't for the life of me see Chisora doing anything against Usyk tomorrow. I think it's worse for Del Boy that he's not fighting in front of a crowd either because that seems to really fire him up. Chisora will probably come out really aggressive and he'll be a handful first couple rounds but I just see Usyk wearing him down. I don't think he'll have the stamina to put up with it for too long. Just a question of what round Usyk stops him for me. I'll go 5th or 6th.
  2. Anthropoid. Really, really intense movie. True story based during the time of the holocast, Jamie Dornan and Cillian Murphy star as two Czech exiles parachuted into their 'home' country on a secret mission to assassinate General Reinhard Heydrich, the main man behind the final solution and third in command under Hitler. Cillian Murphy in particular is brilliant in his role, showing great emotion and conviction in a seemingly impossible mission. The final 45mins of this film are incredibly tense as the resistance fight an improbable task. 8.3/10
  3. Shout John. Love the soundtrack to that too. Perfectly fits.

Had this one yesterday. Literally made to sweat to the 90th minute thanks to Norwich but I stuck to my golden rule not to cash out and was rewarded.
  5. I can't help but feel Arsenal are not handling this situation very well. The PR from them the last few months has been awful. Very 50/50 from amongst the fanbase from what I can gather on Ozil. As an outsider, I can't help but feel you have Ozil's story, Arsenal's story and then somewhere in the middle is probably the truth. I know he's had his critics, I am sure at some stage I have panned him for his lack of effort at times too. But he seems to be a very easy scapegoat there. I just can't help but feel he's being thrown under the bus a bit considering he has been at the club 8 years, so it's not like he doesn't care. All I do know is, to completely cut someone out altogether is brutal. There is no going back from that, which makes me feel its all become personal. Maybe this is a decision being made above Arteta's head. I know he has had his critics but I don't think it's really the way to manage the situation. You are talking about a guy with some ridiculous talent still. I'd have still kept him involved, especially in the cup competitions because end of the day, you are talking about a bloke who can come on and change a game, something I don't think Arsenal currently have a lot of.
  6. The Pianist. Been on my list for a while and finally got round to it the other night. I don't know how I never saw this film to begin with. Absolutely brilliant (if you can say that given what the film is about). Adrien Brody was brilliant playing his character as a man alone in a cruel world, hated and desperately looking to survive as each day passes. There were quite a few scenes in particular that really struck a chord with me, so powerful, and yet I can imagine it only scratched the surface just how terrible life was for people during the times of the final solution. 8.8/10 for me.

Not sure where to put it but I notice Amazon have 4K Ultra firesticks down from £50 to £30 should anyone fancy picking one up as an alternative to paying for Sky/Virgin in light of recent events.
  8. Sounds really good. It's amazing the difference it can make to everything when you are feeling fit and healthy. Might have to treat yourself to some new clothes I reckon
  9. Had some nice weather last week, albeit bloody cold, so took a trip down to Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove on the Jurassic coast of Dorset. Always looks amazing in the sun.
  10. Nice one, good work. That's not far off two stone, great achievement. How have you found the change in diet? I cannot stress how much a difference water intake makes.
  11. It sounds boring to me whenever I describe it, probably because I don't try and glorify it but it is interesting seeing how everything works inside the port for sure. From the container ships coming in, all the big vehicles, cranes and machinery unloading these boxes and then us transporting them up country and what not. It's had its moments too, especially when immigrants have used a container for a free ticket out their country, or poisonous spiders that have hitched a ride and need fumigating
  12. Well I work inside a container port but my job I can do at home from behind a screen. I work for a frieght operator running trains import and export out of depots up and down the country. These terminals operate over a 24 hour period so it needs constant monitoring with loading and unloading in time constraints and getting trains away on time. It pays the bills haha.
  13. I recently been working a lot of night shifts from home and been re-watching a few classics. Godfather 1 and 2, Casino, Goodfellas and Heat. I am a bit all ganster'ed out now but I can honestly say they just don't come close to making them like these nowadays.

Sounds so much more better than The Raj on a Friday night. Stick me down for a portion. I'll bring a takeaway tub with me just to make it feel authentic.

The one last week against Dallas was ridiculous. Totally ridiculous. Losing a game like that in the manner that you did is going to psychologically kill you i think. You need to start seeing games through to the end or the team are going to become more and more mentally weak. Strange as well the fine margins. Attack wise, Ryan and the likes of Jones, Gage and Ridley are flying.

Last year was the first proper year I got into it and followed it from start to finish. Before that, I'd casually watched Superbowls or the odd playoff game. This season I am so on it. And the standard of games recently have just been ridiculous. Yesterday I saw Buffalo v LA Rams which was amazing how that game swung back and forth. Followed by a really exciting game between Seattle and Dallas. Russell Wilson is just ridiculous. Saw a tiny bit of Saints v Packers as I love the Sunday Night Football programme before I bailed to bed but after seeing the highlights, again, another classic contest. I felt before a ball was kicked it'd be the Ravens purely for their defence and Lamar and I won't change from that, but I got a sneaky feeling the Steelers could be this season's Tennessee. They look to have a great defence and weapons in attack. Expect them to go under the radar.

What's in a Yellow Curry? I've never heard of that before, just red curries and thai green curries.

Build your own Burger night with wedges. All from scratch. 100% doing again. Amazing.
  21. His career has been heading one way for a while now, ever since the move to Aston Villa. Unfortunately he has has all sorts of personal issues, some self inflicted, some out of his hands, that has really limited his pitch time. It will be interesting to see if he has the motivation to play a whole season at this level. He was nothing but good for us so I'd like to see him have a good season anyway.
  22. I would actually go as far to say that Cash, Watkins and Martinez is already a miles better window than last summer's when they brought in like 11-12 players. All 3 players are significant upgrades on what they currently have.
  23. I watched the second wave of three episodes today. I always prefer the transfer window episodes because that generally provides some great insight other than the usual match routines. Episode 5 didn't disappoint either, especially seeing a disgruntled Danny Rose and Jose clash. It was refreshing to see something a bit more 'edgy' than the normal niceties. And it was nice to see the chat between Eriksen, Levy and Jose on the possibility of Inter signing him from each person's perspective. Refreshing honesty.
  24. I'd love to be a fly on the wall watching Foden squirm as he tries to explain this video to his missus
  25. Ah I see, I misread what you meant. I'll wind my neck in then.
