Subscriber Coma+ Posted May 17, 2021 Subscriber Posted May 17, 2021 Crazy to think that any of the top 3 can win the league at this point. Would love to see Kiel sneak it at the end although they have a tough last day against Darmstadt. Bochum have Sandhausen and Fürth have @Tommy's boys so I'd put Bochum and Kiel in the pole position for auto promotion.
Rucksackfranzose Posted May 23, 2021 Posted May 23, 2021 Düsseldorf get your act together, I want to see Kiel playing Buli next season. Fürth are only ten men, ffs.
nudge Posted May 23, 2021 Author Posted May 23, 2021 Hoped to see Kiel winning the league, now it seems they'll have to go into relegation playoff
Rucksackfranzose Posted May 23, 2021 Posted May 23, 2021 Bochum and Fürth are promoted to Buli. Kiel will be playing Promotion/relegation play-offs against Köln.
londonerlilie Posted May 23, 2021 Posted May 23, 2021 The playoff will be Köln v Kiel then. I honestly hope Kiel make it through this time. On the other end we'll have Osnabrück v Ingolstadt
Moderator Tommy Posted May 23, 2021 Moderator Posted May 23, 2021 Strange match. Very strange. We had this in the bag. How on earth did we allow Fürth to come back? Anyway, time to regroup and attack again next season. Probably with a new Manager and a few fresh faces. Very sad to lose Danso, who was probably our best player this season, even though he was quite shaky today as well. Anyway, I'm happy that Kiel are in the playoffs. I believe they are a tougher opponent to Köln than Fürth.

He didn't score a single goal but Bochum are champions! Unreal that they'll be a league above Schalke. Will hopefully get to a game or two of theirs next season. Might be my best route to finally ticking Dortmund off.
nudge Posted May 27, 2021 Author Posted May 27, 2021 Ingolstadt lead 1-0 against Osnabrück in the first leg of relegation playoff Hope Osnabrück can turn this around...
Subscriber Coma+ Posted May 27, 2021 Subscriber Posted May 27, 2021 VFL have been sinking like a stone since early in the season. They haven't recovered any type of form since their fast start.
nudge Posted May 27, 2021 Author Posted May 27, 2021 3-0 FT. Don't see VfL coming back from this, sadly.
nudge Posted May 30, 2021 Author Posted May 30, 2021 VfL lead 2-0! Maybe not all is lost yet for them...
Rucksackfranzose Posted May 30, 2021 Posted May 30, 2021 Only 2-1 now, would prefer Ingolstadt playing in 2. Liga over them in 3. Liga. @Faithcore probably agrees.
nudge Posted May 30, 2021 Author Posted May 30, 2021 My ex-neighbour is a VfL fan, so I want Osnabrück to stay up. Also, fuck Ingolstadt. Don't want them in our new Super League

I do although I have very mixed feelings about it as Ingolstadt is such a shit club and don't get me started on people like Oral, Henke or Kutschke.
