Administrator Stan Posted January 20, 2021 Author Administrator Posted January 20, 2021 Woah, what a save from Martinez. Point blank range denying Silva. Then Cash makes a last-ditch clearance to deny Stones.
Administrator Stan Posted January 20, 2021 Author Administrator Posted January 20, 2021 Barkley should have done so much better when Villa attacked just then. Fucked up badly there.
Happy Blue Posted January 20, 2021 Posted January 20, 2021 How many chances are we going to waste tonight??
Cicero Posted January 20, 2021 Posted January 20, 2021 Aguero hasn't scored in the league for literally a year.
Administrator Stan Posted January 20, 2021 Author Administrator Posted January 20, 2021 Was just about to say how the fuck has this game stayed 0-0 then Silva bangs one in. They deserve it really. Had so many chances.
Rick Posted January 20, 2021 Posted January 20, 2021 That’s highly highly highly fucking frustrating. And for that little rat of all people to score. Hate this.
Administrator Stan Posted January 20, 2021 Author Administrator Posted January 20, 2021 Holy shit Peter Walton didn't agree with the referee
Rick Posted January 20, 2021 Posted January 20, 2021 Absolute joke. Why did they have to put both sets of Manchester rats on telly on the same night, both are gonna win. Depressing watching them gain on us.
Administrator Stan Posted January 20, 2021 Author Administrator Posted January 20, 2021 I'd love to know what Dean Smith said to Jon Moss. Cos I bet 99% I would probably agree
Redcanuck Posted January 20, 2021 Posted January 20, 2021 So Rodrigo comes back from an offside position, steals the ball from Mings and passes to Siva who scores? Thats legal?
Rick Posted January 20, 2021 Posted January 20, 2021 Okay, I’ve just looked at that replay. How is that not an offside? I don’t understand how any ref (who are meant to be qualified) can look at that replay and not see Rodri clearly interfere with play?! Hope Dean Smith called him a fat useless cunt, because it would have been accurate.

Thats legal? Nope, it should have been offside and it's what Smith was so angry about.

He clearly interferes and touches the ball from Mings. Not like Mings slipped or anything and Rodri took it. He clearly tackles him.
Administrator Stan Posted January 20, 2021 Author Administrator Posted January 20, 2021 2-0. Gundogan penalty.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted January 20, 2021 Subscriber Posted January 20, 2021 Just watched the replay expecting it to be controversial. It isn't in my opinion, that should definitely have been ruled offside.
Rick Posted January 20, 2021 Posted January 20, 2021 And that wasn’t a penalty. I’d be swinging fists at that fat blob in the refs office after the game. And just like that, my immense hatred for Oil FC returns.

Quite clear I think.
Administrator Stan Posted January 20, 2021 Author Administrator Posted January 20, 2021 Can't wait for the shitty weak PGMOL statement saying it was a wrong decision and they apologise for it, as if that will make some kind of difference to Villa. It totally changed the outcome of the game and the officials should be ashamed at how bad a howler that is.
Rick Posted January 20, 2021 Posted January 20, 2021 In the last few weeks we haven’t been seeing pens for stuff like that. I think it’s harsh. Regardless, that first City goal was gifted to them just as Villa were turning the screw.
Administrator Stan Posted January 20, 2021 Author Administrator Posted January 20, 2021 Premier League say that Mings plays it deliberately, it means Rodri isn't offside any more. What absolute bollocks rule is that

LFCMike Posted January 20, 2021 Posted January 20, 2021 I've just seen Man City's first goal. Absolutely astonishing that's not been ruled out
