Could be my AI camera that thought I was taking a picture of a dog or something. Or the lighting in my kitchen. But yea, it's very bright yellow-ish. Not unusually bright for a Pils though. :35_thinking:

Nevermind, that was actually the blue light filter on my laptop xD

Yep!

Not too bad. Expected something more cringy after Faithcore's post. Although here down in the Rheinland we wouldn't even call it a Pülleken.

What would you call a bottle in Rheinland then? :35_thinking:

The same like us in Saarland: e Fläschje.

Yea, pretty close. I'd say Fläschke! Bring mich noch ens Fläschke! xD I love Düsseldorfer Platt.

Here's a little example.

I love dialects, in general.

The strongest drink in Germany is

Gerolsteiner - Sparkling Water - Sorted Waters aquamaestro.com

Went on a school trip to Gerolstein as a kid. We visited their factory as well and they made us taste all of their waters showed us their spring of water etc. Good times.

Wow. I think we went to different schools together.

That is a very confusing sentence.

So you went there as well? I guess it's one of the most popular destinations within NRW. :35_thinking:

Gerolstein never was within NRW , though. It's Rheinland-Pfalz- always was.

How is it?

I finally found KöPi again, after all these years. My life is now complete.

Not too bad. Not a very strong taste as the naturally cloudy colour would suggest. Maybe a bit more "gritty" than regular Becks. It's decent.

I stopped by my international market over the weekend looking for something different.  Unfortunately, I could find on the shelf were Bavarian beers and a couple Koelsch beers.  I ended up with Ayinger Urweisse and Weihenstephaner Vitus.  Will post more when I've cracked them open.

Props for avoiding the Kölsch!

I had the Vitus weizenbock over the weekend and thought it was very good.  I've found most Weihenstephaner beers to have hints of banana, which can be refreshing.  7.7% ABV but it isn't overpowering at all.

Not sure how to upload pics or I'd attach.
