Maybe a bit more "gritty" than regular Becks. It's decent.
Subscriber Coma+ Posted April 14, 2021 Author Subscriber Share Posted April 14, 2021 I stopped by my international market over the weekend looking for something different. Unfortunately, I could find on the shelf were Bavarian beers and a couple Koelsch beers. I ended up with Ayinger Urweisse and Weihenstephaner Vitus. Will post more when I've cracked them open. Ha, I tried them last time I was there but I wasn't impressed. It's still beer, although I think @Rucksackfranzose blasted me for using that designation earlier. Subscriber Coma+ Posted April 19, 2021 Author Subscriber Share Posted April 19, 2021 I had the Vitus weizenbock over the weekend and thought it was very good. I've found most Weihenstephaner beers to have hints of banana, which can be refreshing. 7.7% ABV but it isn't overpowering at all. Not sure how to upload pics or I'd attach.
