nudge Posted August 10, 2021 Posted August 10, 2021 Quite looking forward to it. Now that Werder are finally relegated, I will probably enjoy it more, being less emotionally involved and all. Union

Eco Posted August 10, 2021 Author Posted August 10, 2021 I did find out yesterday that I successfully weaseled my way out of all plans so that I have an open weekend to watch, drink, and hopefully cry tears of joy.
Subscriber Coma+ Posted August 11, 2021 Subscriber Posted August 11, 2021 Probably best to just get this out of the way on the first day of the season.
The Käiser Posted August 13, 2021 Posted August 13, 2021 Interesting to see how nagelsmanns first competitive game goes. it begins today for him

Bluebird Hewitt Posted August 13, 2021 Posted August 13, 2021 Didn't notice Gladbach vs Bayern were on Sky. Have they got the Bundesliga rights now?

Moderator Tommy Posted August 13, 2021 Moderator Posted August 13, 2021 I predicted 2-2, but I'm not so sure now. Gladbach with Herrmann and Wolf on the wings does not look very threatening. On paper at least.

Eco Posted August 13, 2021 Author Posted August 13, 2021 Holy shit...Bayern are currently bottom of the table.
Eco Posted August 13, 2021 Author Posted August 13, 2021 Lewy missed a sitter there. Clearly he's past it and needs to hang up his boots.

He's in the starting line-up and you'd only notice that he's on the pitch in the 38th minute or something. Anyway, shame Gladbach couldn't hold on to the lead until half-time. Joe Scally and Yann Sommer with great performances so far. Bayern with Nagelsmann is even more hate-able btw.

He's also one of the most exciting youth players I've seen, but sadly a serious injury seems to have seriously hindered his development I still hope he manages to make a proper breakthrough at some point.
