Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted December 12, 2017 Subscriber Posted December 12, 2017 As a top four club, Burnley have now earned the right to get away with diving and surrounding the referee, have guaranteed themselves a spot in the first half of Match of the Day schedule and, most importantly, now have a thread opened for them on TF365. How high can they finish this season? Can they secure 7th spot? Could they even beat Spurs to 6th place and teach them the value of making your home ground a fortress? Is Sean Dyche underrated and now someone to take more seriously? Discuss.

Subscriber Dan+ Posted December 13, 2017 Subscriber Posted December 13, 2017 I reckon they'll come 8th. I'm putting my neck on the line here and saying we'll come above them.
Inverted Posted December 13, 2017 Posted December 13, 2017 On one hand I'm amazed at what they've achieved, but I also feel that they're bound to have a mini-crash eventually. When a team is so clinical and seems so good at blocking shots and last ditch defending, I always have a feeling that it's not sustainable to win matches that way.
Honey Honey Posted December 13, 2017 Posted December 13, 2017 Fantastic achievement because they have done it whilst being absolute shite. Respect. Most of us lose when we play as shit as they do, but they win. They must be doing something right that the rest of us at the bottom aren't.
Rafa Beneathus Posted December 13, 2017 Posted December 13, 2017 They're doing great and Dyche has done a brilliant job. I think if he moved to a bigger club with higher expectations he would struggle though.
Rick Posted December 13, 2017 Posted December 13, 2017 Top ten but I doubt they'll get in Europe. Like Harvey said, they are actually quite shite, been riding their luck a lot this season and it'll catch up with them.
