Juventus are a terribly run club at the moment, what direction are they going?

It´s the obsession with the Champions League that put them on that hole. Now they have an expensive and aging squad that is really tough to move.

Also, my gut feeling is that they thought they were going to make a lot more money than they´ve actually done with Ronaldo.

I guess their only option is to trust Pirlo to deal better with the veterans than Sarri did and also hope that young guys like Demiral and Kulusevski step up.

They are morons. They want pragmatic winners because they obviously don’t care for style, yet they had a pragmatist with Allegri but they replaced him with an idealist? Nonsense and thoughtless, besides they obviously didn’t support Sarri at all because they players had no respect for him.

Allegri is under serious pressure as Juventus manager. Not helped by a defeat at Monza at the weekend.

They have been painfully dull and have become quite predictable in their play, and for years have been bailed out by a talented No. 9 in their team previously Ronaldo and now Vlahović (although when you see how little touches he actually has in a game, it's remarkable that he has a goalscoring record quite so good).

Often going entire halves of football this season without a shot on target and infamously the screenshot from their game against Sampdoria were they are all standing in a circle without any resemblance of a midfield.

Their best performance this season was their opening half against Roma, and still almost lost that game if it wasn't for a goalline clearance by Vlahović (saving them at both ends of the pitch...).

Rumours of Conte being lined up for a return are in the Italian press this week, but also the mind boggling amount of money it would take to fire Allegri.

Juventus docked 10 points in Serie A at new hearing into transfer dealings

Juventus have been docked 10 points following a new investigation into the club's past transfer dealings.

Juve were initially handed a 15-point penalty in January but Italy's highest sporting court overturned that decision in April and ordered the case to be re-examined.

The new ruling was announced on Monday, before the team's game away to Empoli.

The penalty drops Juve to seventh place in Serie A, outside the European qualification spots.

Napoli have already secured the Serie A title and, before Monday's ruling, were 17 points ahead of second-placed Juve.

More to follow.

Serie A: Juventus to pay £620,000 fine in settlement with Italian football authorities

Juventus will pay a 718,000 euro (£620,000) fine as part of a settlement agreement with Italian football authorities over a case concerning payment of player salaries.

Juventus were docked 10 points last week over a separate investigation into the club's past transfer dealings.

The settlement means Juventus have accepted that 10-point penalty and will not receive a further points deduction.

It brings an end to any ongoing cases involving the Turin club.

As well as the overall fine for the club, the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) gave fines to several officials, including former vice-chairman Pavel Nedved and ex-sporting director and managing director Fabio Paratici.

The club's former president Andrea Agnelli, whose appeal against the two-year ban he received in January was upheld earlier this month, was not included in the latest deal and will have a separate hearing on 15 June.

In a statement, Juventus said the agreement would allow the club to "achieve a definite result" and overcome a "state of tension and instability".

The club also said the agreement would allow head coach Massimiliano Allegri and players to focus on their planning for next season.

Juve were initially handed a 15-point penalty in January over transfer dealings but Italy's highest sporting court overturned that decision in April and ordered the case to be re-examined.

The latest 10-point deduction dropped them to seventh place in Serie A, outside the European qualification spots.

However, Juventus are only a point behind Roma and two points behind Atalanta in fifth, and could still qualify for the Europa League or Europa Conference League.

Allegri's side travel to Udinese in the final round of fixtures on Sunday.
