Would never have bet on Sterling having the best shot accuracy out of those considering what a mediocre finisher he is perceived as. Mad season from him and Salah when you look at assists as well as goals.

I think Kane will sneak the golden boot again. Always bags a hat trick or two in the run in when it's a close race while the other top strikers are being rotated due to Europe or playing in nervy 1-0s at the business end of a title race. Could be a role reversal this year though with Spurs still in Europe.

Tight race for Golden Boot.

Who's getting it...

All the above apart from Salah & Mane have 8 games left.

Goals to minutes, Aguero's killing it again ..every season he is the best in that stat

Yeah but he doesn't get the whole season in so he is fresher. He a great striker no doubt but but he is very injury prone.

He's not missed much this season, hopefully he's over his problems

With 3 games remaining (or 2 in Liverpool's case) it's a four horse race for the Premier league golden boot.

Who will end up with the boot?

Aubameyangs efforts this season have been very overlooked.

Arsenal in general. I stopped paying attention to them around Christmas and was surprised to find them up there again.

This time odds come from Bet365:

11/4 - Harry Kane

4/1 - Mohamed Salah

7/1 - Sergio Aguero and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

10/1 - Romelu Lukaku

12/1 - Gabriel Jesus

25/1 - Alexandre Lacazette

33/1 - Alvaro Morata, Eden Hazard and Alexis Sanchez

40/1 - Jamie Vardy

50/1 - Roberto Firmino, Olivier Giroud and Marko Arnautovic

66/1 - Marcus Rashford, Leroy Sane, Raheem Sterling and Riyad Mahrez

80/1 - Sadio Mane, Kelechi Iheanacho, Anthony Martial, Charlie Austin, Heung-Min Son, Callum Wilson, Raul Jimenez and Wilfried Zaha

Should cover all bases there. Kane is obviously the smart bet, I don't know if Salah will score quite as many as last season, for me Lukaku looks like pretty good value at 10/1?

I find it hilarious he was even considered, even at 80/1 to be top scorer xD.

Granted he's not played that regularly because of how good Vardy has been (40/1 was very high odds in my opinion), but Iheanacho was never gonna be top scorer even if he was main striker. Might as well have given him 5000/1!

Anyway, one game to go...

Despite being out for the best part of a month now, Kane is just a few below this lot on 17 and I've no doubt he'd have bagged a few more and been in contention had he not got injured.

Not sure if Salah will be back for the Wolves game but all 3 below have a fairly decent chance of overtaking him...?

Gotta admit I didn't think Mane would be so high. Several more goals than assists compared to last season.

What are the odds on Mane being top scorer?

Currently best price 14/1. He was 66/1 before the start of the season

Just seen this.

Wonder if bookies would pay out on that 66/1 even though he wasn't an outright winner...

Turns out my gut reactions are pretty decent with that and the early predictions thread
