Now Sanchez is one player who has truly declined and not completely held back by Mourinho, unlike Pogba. He was an incredible talent, one of the best in the world. However since Chile missed the World Cup, he's lost motivation. For La Roja he's also been shite as of recently.

Mourinho's was strangling Pogba. It's mostly true but regardless of tactics, man management and all other half-evidence like that, the bottom line is Pogba's attitude was still shite for someone who is paid as highly as he is and carries as much influence as he does. Deschamps played Pogba in a disciplined role at the World Cup and there was none of this cryptic shite on Instagram or going missing in matches. There's no doubt that Pogba's relationship with Mourinho was the biggest problem, but in that sense I still think there was fault on both sides. That's footballers these days though. Its part of the job pandering to them at least to some extent and that's a world that Mourinho will never succeed in.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted January 13, 2019 Subscriber Posted January 13, 2019 Good shot stopping from De Gea. Much more of that and we'll be calling this a tactical masterclass by Ole .
The Artful Dodger Posted January 13, 2019 Posted January 13, 2019 Tactically solskjaer doesn't seem to be anything too fancy, largely just counter but I think the release of the poison coming out of the body following the removal mourinho is enough to keep them going at the moment. Pogba is a player who they can build a brilliant side around.
Marc Posted January 13, 2019 Posted January 13, 2019 I’ve never seen Pogba work so hard, he’s all over the place. Don Teso predicted this, I should’ve known. the saves from DDG we’re comfortable by his standards, Kane will be disappointed with his finish. Good game.

Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted January 13, 2019 Subscriber Posted January 13, 2019 Lamela looked scared to head the ball there. I can't remember seeing a game where Kane has missed this many decent chances without going on to make up for it with at least one goal.

Credit for making himself big to be fair but one of those chances, the Spurs forwards need to make it unsaveable like Rashford did with his goal earlier.

They are bad shots but doing it consistently is still very difficult. He's made about 6 or 7 saves? Most keepers would concede 1 or 2 of those. It really speaks for his standard.

ScoRoss Posted January 13, 2019 Posted January 13, 2019 Saving with his feet?! Somewhere an Australian is very angry.
Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted January 13, 2019 Subscriber Posted January 13, 2019 Spurs are not going to score tonight. De Gea has turned on Super Goalkeeper mode.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted January 13, 2019 Subscriber Posted January 13, 2019 Hard to see what else Spurs can do here. The central attacking play is getting blunted rather comfortably by United's defence. Where is Lucas Moura?
Cicero Posted January 13, 2019 Posted January 13, 2019 The amount of times De Gea saved United tonight wont ever be brought into question by the media and their inevitable 'Manchester United are back' narrative.

He is a part of the team. The goalkeeper playing well isn't a bad thing.
