I've started listening to Off Menu. A podcast hosted by James Acaster and Ed Gamble, they bring on guests to whimsically and humorously go through their ideal dinner menu.

Comedians and food. Perfect combination for me, especially as James Acaster is one of my favourite comedians.

Guests so far include Phil Wang, Aisling Bea, Nish Kumar, Richard Osman amongst many others. An episode each Wednesday.

Got loads of friends and people within the industry that I know starting new podcasts lately that I can barely keep up with those and the ones I subscribed to already!

My favourite podcast is back - My Dad Wrote a Porno - anyone heard it? It's a guy who reads the erotica that his Dad wrote with his 2 friends. It's bonkers and so badly written that they just take the piss out of it. They are on the fifth book now!

Started listening to The Birthday Game hosted by Richard Osman.

First episode was start of Sept but I've only just heard of it. It's purely just light-hearted and nothing important. This week they have Rick Edwards, Maisie Adam and David O'Doherty on. All they do is guess ages of celebrities who have their birthdays in the week they've recorded/aired it.

Sounds pretty simple! Will add it to my list of podcasts to try. Sounds similar to What's My Age Again that Greg James does on Radio 1?

Not listened to Radio 1 in years tbh!

I thought the podcast would be quite boring but turns out it's quite good! If they have the right guests anyway. One episode has Lou Sanders, Miles Jupp and Nish Kumar so that was a fun listen. Only half an hour too so it's not gonna be onorous.

I'll give it a go and let you know what I think!

I couldn't find other topics, when I searched for podcasts, apologies if there is a newer one... I have been listening to Off Menu with Ed Gamble and James Acaster. I only go and choose the guests I have heard of / think will be funny. Haven't been disappointed with the likes of Bob Mortimer.
