Taken from a trip up to the Sunderbans late last year. This is apparently called a moon pearl found like Chilika Lake up in Orissa (north-east India).

My favourite photo I've ever taken. There's a collection of these but this is the best of the bunch.

This is brilliant! What lens did you use for this one?

Standard kit lens with camera mounted on tripod on a long exposure. Took a lot of trial and error but once I got the settings right, I was delighted.

Love my photography. Not trained or anything like that but this is my favourite shot. I'm working on a collection of these 'mirror reflection' images.

London at night is one of the best views ever. Obviously changed the lighting on this a bit, with The Shard as the focus of the photo, viewpoint is from Sky Gardens in the 'walkie-talkie' building...

Not really you can bargain for them to be as low as 100 INR depending on the quality which works out to a quid in total.

Good old Isambard Kingdom Brunel, inspiring designs like this :x. Was looking through old pictures on my laptop and this is from when I went to Bristol on a stag do, one of the calmer moments soaking up the scenery!

Not fantastic but always wanted to try some photography of this sort. Going to attempt to do similar with my nearby motorway soon when the weather gets a little bit clearer.

Fishing village on the islands near the port. Those people actually live on water for the whole time; don't even want to know how it feels like during the storm :|

How do I post a pic taken from my camera phone?

What's your issue? Error message code 200? That's what stopped me recently posting something in the members pics thread...

I usually upload them to somewhere like Imgur so I can get a link to post here.

Not my picture but saw this on Twitter. Taken from above during the polar vortex phenomenon which is happening in US at the moment. Lake Michigan frozen with the Chicago skyline in the background
