  1. Well I've been prescribed meditation for ADHD. Unfortunately I was misdiagnosed for years. It happened because when I was assessed years ago I wasn't asked how I acted when I wasn't anxious or depressed. This meant that the symptoms were attributed to anxiety and depression as they cause concentration issues and other issues similar to ADHD. However after an assessment I was asked how I acted when I wasn't anxious or depressed and although not as bad the symptoms are still there. After seeing two doctors and 3 assessments it was concluded that I have inattentive ADHD which is normally just called ADD as I'm not hyperactive. The medication works within an hour and I can already feel the difference. So hopefully I can start to progress now.

  2. @Tommy @Bluewolf @Stan England v Belgium at Ashton gate has sold out. Will still go down on the day and see if I can get a ticket but its a good indication of how far womens football has come in England.

  3. Good stop gap, won't be told otherwise. The man has a reason to impress he wants to earn a contract. Let's hope he proves the doubters wrong.

  4. They did before for past Tests whenever they had tickets free although that's obviously rare for the Ashes so your chances will be slim but you never know, there's always some that cant go. If I were you, I'd keep an eye on Ticketmaster exchange or Twickets, thats usually the more honest places where people look to sell their tickets for face value when they cant go and a third party is involved to ensure no one is cheated out of anything.

  5. Deserved the win. I hope we see a first time winner, eg Lisowski.
