He is a bigoted idiot, who only sews hatred with much of the things that he says. I mean we would expect someone in his position to get basic geography correct, but I've commonly heard other idiots say things like "more violence in the Middle East", when violence has occurred in countries like Libya, Chad, Somalia, Pakistan, Afghanistan etc. There's a lot of ignorance out there.

It's actually disgusting what happened there, with those innocent lives taken. The Islamic jihad groups have claimed attacks in the past that hasn't been them, but either way, whoever committed this massacre on innocent lives are evil. My enemy are all extremist organisations and leaderships around the world, as well as the government of Russia, not the innocent people of Russia.

England vs Brazil - Saturday 23rd March 2024
Michael replied to Stan's topic in International Friendlies
Not our strongest line-up either, no Kane, Saka or Cole. But these are friendlies anyway, it will be good to see how some of the new players in Brazil play and how the likes of England's Gordon performs. -
England and France have to be the obvious clear favourites, but after them, there are a whole host of countries that could potentially win it. You didn't list Spain, a team who have a great chance of winning it. You can also never rule Germany out, despite their very poor recent form. Talent wise, Germany have the players who could be a real threat at the tournament, if their manager actually finds the right formula and tactics, especially as they have home advantage. You didn't even mention Belgium, another team who arguably have a better chance of winning it than their neighbours the Netherlands who you listed. You also list Croatia(They lost to both Turkey and Wales in competitive matches recently), I'd say Ukraine's team is better than theirs now, player for player. Where is Italy or even Denmark? These are all teams in with a realistic shout of winning it, to varying degrees. The rest of the teams will also be very tough to play against and many have some serious talent to really cause surprises. There are a lot of tough teams at these Euros, which will make watching this competition all the more enjoyable. I have to say though, with the quality that this England team has, this is the best chance we have of winning a major competition in years. Bellingham is now at his peak and with the rest of the talent around him, England could put in some really impressive displays at these Euros.

If we are talking about the true meaning of 'Nazi', then yes, it is absurd to call a Jew a Nazi. However, if we are talking about acts of evil, then the State of Israel is up there with other brutal regimes of the past. They have killed 30,000 Gazans in the space of 5 months, most of whom are innocent women and children. Hamas are equally evil with the barbaric acts that they have committed, but even they haven't killed 10% of the number of people Israel has killed in recent months. The biggest problem with the Israel-Palestine issue is that there are too many extremists on both sides. These particular people fully believe that their hate for the other is justified and it's their own religious beliefs that cements this notion in their minds.

Cavill looks more of what James Bond should look like in my opinion. Taylor-Johnson is a good actor, but he looks very young for a Bond and even if he was older, he still wouldn't look like how I imagine Bond to look like.

Lets be honest, they are all great matches at this quarter final stage. There are 8 extremely strong sides left and I think that every match will be tough. I'd like to see Arsenal or Dortmund reach the final, but in reality, it will probably be one of the other more experienced sides who end up winning it. Real Madrid, Man City and Bayern are still the 3 favourites for me. But Atletico Madrid are meant for these kinds of competitions, so they could potentially surprise us.

It has been widely reported that Bayern Munich are strongly interested in buying Augsburg's Bosnian striker Ermedin Demirovic. The Augsburg forward has been on fire this season and has really impressed. Demirovic has scored 14 Bundesliga goals so far this season and he has come up with 8 assists. He is one of the most in-form players in the Bundesliga and his spectacular performances have not gone unnoticed. Bayern now seem determined to buy him this summer and to add to the quality in their squad. Bayern and other top clubs reportedly showing interest in Demirovic (bulinews.com)

What's the unnecessary dig at Mudryk for? He's a young player with huge ability. He's shown his amazing potential in certain matches this season and he is clearly a player with huge ability. Is he the finished article, of course he isn't and shouldn't expected to be at his age. His inconsistency is kind of understandable at this stage of his career and playing at a disjointed Chelsea side doesn't really help. His huge transfer fee was always going to be a burden, but just looking at his natural talent, he's set to become an astounding player. -

Sterling is a top player, but for me, what has always let him down is his finishing ability. He's not the best finisher and I think that being able to take your chances at a huge competition like the European Championships is crucial. -
That's a shame to hear, as that semi-final derby between Saarbrucken and Kaiserslautern will be huge. I guess it's just unfortunate timing really. I can empathise with how you must be feeling though. I guess if you can, you'll have to try and stream the match when you are out there. It will be a match of huge historical proportions.

Yeah, it's hard to see Dusseldorf getting past a rampant Bayer Leverkusen and reaching the final, which is a shame. But I definitely feel like Saarbrucken will be the favourites when they face their local rivals Kaiserslautern in their semi-final. Especially as Saarbrucken will be playing at home again. There are no easy matches at this stage of the competition though and they should be two entertaining semi-finals.

Another historic win for Saarbrucken in the DFB-Pokal. What a sensational and deserved win that was for Saarbrucken over Gladbach. They incredibly defeat yet another Bundesliga club in the cup. They've knocked out Bayern Munich, Eintracht Frankfurt and now Monchengladbach from this years cup competition. They face Kaiserslautern next in the semi-finals and I am sure that most neutrals will be hoping that Saarbrucken defeat them and reach the final. What an incredible feat that would be for the 3.Liga side.

Joshua made an easy job of a fight that Tyson Fury made a real meal out of. I think that Tyson Fury's fight with Usyk in May should be entertaining. It is interesting how the bookies still have Fury as the slight favourite against Usyk.

Valencia are 2-0 up against Real Madrid at home here in the 1st half. Hugo Duro scored Valencia's first goal as he headed a cross into the net. Then their Ukrainian forward Roman Yaremchuk scored Valencia's 2nd goal as he intercepted a back pass and rounded the Real Madrid keeper Andriy Lunin and slotted the ball into the net. This would be a huge win for Valencia if they can hold on to this lead against Real Madrid and win this match. It would also be a big boost for 2nd in the La Liga table Girona. Girona got back to winning ways last week as they beat Rayo Vallecano 3-0, thanks to an opening goal from their Ukrainian player Viktor Tsyhankov and 2 injury time goals by their Brazilian forward Savio. So far in today's game, Valencia are well worth their lead. Lets see if they can secure the win as we approach half-time. Valencia 2-0 Real Madrid
