  1. I went to pay my respects at the Cenotaph yesterday and the TFLA were unfortunately out in numbers. Many of them were being lairy, loud and obnoxious to any passer by they didn't deem as being English. I have to completely agree that Suella's words encouraged their behaviour. They felt emboldened when confronting the police and complained of double standards in how the police treat them compared to people at the pro-Palestine march. That woman really needs to use her brain before she opens her mouth.
  2. Why is that? I've not been following him, but Wolfsburg on the whole have played very well this season.
  3. Yes, Honorat is an excellent player and Gladbach played one of their best games of the season today against Wolfsburg. But I don't know why Wolfsburg didn't play Svanberg today, because he's been excellent this season in most games I've seen him play in. Wolfsburg kept him on the bench for the entire match, when I feel they could have really done with his presence in midfield.
  4. I see mate, well that will probably explain quite a lot. It's sad and a real shame for him to die so young.
  5. It doesn't matter, it was just a clear observation. I didn't know he had a drinking and drugs issue. I haven't really followed his private life, just seen him appear now and again in recent years on TV. It's all very sad either way for him to die so young.
  6. I just saw this news on TV, this is very sad to hear. He's passed away at such a young age. I wonder what the cause of death was, for him to pass away so young? I mean out of all the Friends cast, Perry is easily the one who aged the most, just going by his physical appearance, but it's still shocking to hear that he's died so young. He played his role as Chandler in Friends very well. It's very sad to hear that he has died. RIP

    Boxing

I don't want to take anything away from Ngannou, because he put in an excellent performance, but I think that Fury looked a little rusty, having not fought for almost a year. Joshua v Fury or Usyk v Fury should be excellent fights and they really need to happen.

    Boxing

Tyson Fury narrowly beats Ngannou on a split decision, that was a close fight. Ngannou dropped Fury in the 3rd round with a hammer of a left hook and gave Fury a really good fight. On this evidence, Ngannou would make a great heavyweight boxer. It's not even his sport, but he's adapted so quickly, with more training, he could arguably become an even better boxer. Ngannou was very impressive and will have surprised a lot of people tonight as to how good he is at boxing. Ngannou is an extremely tough and powerful boxer.
  9. Yeah, he looks more of a box to box midfielder at this early stage of his career. But it's good to see him getting some minutes in the Premier League and mixing it up with tough teams. He looks like he has a very bright future ahead of him. Brentford have done excellently in recent seasons. The fact that they have so much depth in their squad, is testament to the great management at the club. Everyone now expects Brentford to finish in the top half of the Premier League table and every Premier League club finds them a very difficult team to play against.
  10. It was also great to see the young Ukrainian Yegor Yarmolyuk make his Premier League debut for Brentford. The teenage midfielder looks to have a bright future ahead of him. He is a little bit of a rough diamond at the moment at his current tender years, but with regular football and more experience, I can see him developing into an excellent all round midfielder.
  11. Yeah, I guess due diligence is essential in certain countries. But I'm glad you guys have done well for yourselves.
  12. Very interesting, I guess owning a place in India comes with it's own set of issues. I've looked at some beachside properties myself, in resorts in the Mediterranean. In some countries in that region, the costs to buy the properties look relatively reasonable. But once you understand the upkeep costs, it can be very expensive. You might have costs like taxes, community fees, paying for maintenance and rubbish collection and then there is home insurance, which is recommended to have. I find places outside of Europe and North America to be much cheaper, but then you have other problems that crop up, similar to the issues you mentioned.
  13. Well just to put things into perspective, the average US adult, has an average median net-worth of about $100,000. Even retirees, those 65 and above are said to have an average median net-worth of around $300,000. These are the figures for the US, one of the most wealthiest countries in the world and the country with the most millionaires. Imagine the predicament of most other countries, especially those in the 3rd world, which make up most of the world's population. The world is going through some tough times indeed.
  14. So you have 2 properties? Lucky you, I don't suppose the running costs are that high either in India. In the UK, there are a lot of expenses in running a house and maintaining it.
  15. So many people I know rent, it has become the norm and I am talking about people with good paying jobs here. It's just something that most people in their 20s, 30s and even 40s appear to have gotten used to. There were no real worries for the Baby boomers. Most of them knew that if they'd get a job, they'd be able to get a mortgage and within 10 or 15 years, they'd fully own their home. That's not the case anymore, certainly not in the big cities in the UK.
  16. Cheap as chips, but who would really want to live in a run down neighbourhood like that? It's pretty grim up in the North East anyway and good luck with finding a decent job in that area as well. Plenty of cheap properties up north, but they are obviously cheap for good reason.

  18. Absolute disgrace and to think that he was their Prime Minister. The question that was asked, was a legitimate question and he had the cheek to turn around and tell the Sky News presenter to feel ashamed of himself for asking such questions. It's also quite clear to me, that he views all people in Gaza as his enemy. Or at least, if he just see's HAMAS as his enemy, he evidently does not give a damn about the innocent civilians in Gaza.
