Administrator Stan Posted September 22, 2023 Administrator Share Posted September 22, 2023 Every team needs a player that just makes things tick. Odegaard is that player for Arsenal.

Danny
I've been watching the highlights of Arsenal games since the Villa loss and I've gotta say Declan Rice has been at fault, or partially to blame alongside another, for about 5 of the 9 goals conceded in that period

6666
Defensively we've been solid all season. Saliba gets a lot of credit but I think Gabriel might be playing better than him this season.

Danny
This is a question for Arsenal fans....do you not miss the va va voom that Arsenal used to possess? One thing I've noticed about watching Arsenal this season, and generally it's regardless of how many you score or don't score, but on the eyes you're quite dull. There's not really any flair or mercurial talent in the team aside from maybe Odegaard and occasionally Jorginho. I remember watching Wenger's best teams and knowing that regardless of what happens, you're going to be entertained. Thinking about Cazorla, Ozil, Sanchez, Ramsey, Giroud, Wilshere from your recent FA Cup winning sides....then you go back to Arsenal's peak years and those teams were pure joy to watch. I know you could argue Arteta is making you better (well yet to be proven), and more defensively solid, and you could also argue he's somewhere between Wenger and Graham, but I feel like Arteta is losing what made Arsenal unique regardless of whether you won or lost. While Manchester City winning their remaining games could relegate them to second again, Neville emphasizes the clear difference in the current Arsenal squad. From - https://englishpremierleague.ru/99/ If we hang on to win it Arsenal players will be crushed if they win all the remaining games and it's still not enough in a near perfect season for them against a below par City ..i said coming to our place and setting up for a draw is going to cost them, they played like cowards and not Champions
