I gladly would. There's no denying he knows his tactics, but I don't think he will ever succeed again with us. No doubt he'd improve Brazil.

I think you guys showed signs of improvement in the end of the season, especially with that 3-men defence. Or am I wrong?

But I really hope CBF hires JJ. He knows brazilian football and is probably the best name to improve us in the short-term

Was never his biggest fan but you have to feel for Neymar in a pure football perspective.

He was playing mostly alone out there. Lots kf danger from his runs but that was about it. Out of the starting front 4, only Paqueta could sort of understand him.

Angel Di Maria is one of those guys who, on his day, turns into a world beater if he gets going. Today just happened to be one of those days for him. But De Paul is my MOTM, super game. I also like the look of Paqueta and I think hes going to move onto a big club and really showcase his talent.

He was at Milan and was very unimpressive. Moved to Lyon and became a star.

I would love for him to stay in Lyon for a few more years.

You're not wrong but unfortunately a lot of stuff is done wrong at the club. That's for another topic but did you see the news that our president was arrested? JJ would be better off going elsewhere.

Anyway, congrats to @Berserker :banana:I'm sure he's enjoying this one somewhere.

I think it would be good if he stayed at Lyon too but after this tournament I am sure some clubs are already looking at him (if not before it too) and are going to push for a move.

They did something like that called the confederations cup. They scrapped it after the 2017 edition
what is old is new again

Confederations had more than two teams though.

Anyway, as the South America's keep saying the copa doesn't matter in the same way as the Euros I take it Messi hasn't won anything of note for his country yet?

Also, whats with the excessive theatrics and rolling around on the pitch from Brazil and Neymar, I definitely prefer clapping your fans to that shit. I take it it's cultural as they don't do. It in Europe club teams where most of them play.

Imagine Euros being held every year. I am pretty sure even San Marino will win it at some point

I honestly have no idea what you're going on about. It's not an annual tournament (normally).2015-2016 was the last two consecutive years it was played. And the next one is in 2024....

So WTF are you on about?

Last one was held in 2019.

I mean the Copa is going to 4 yearly after this so that's a moot point. It's been moved to play on the same cycle as the Euros so 2024 cos of delay then 2028, 2032, etc.

And to think Lyon only got him for 22m. Fantastic business that is.

But why they had it in consecutive years?
