That's embarrassing from Fernandes

Most things are from him.

Might be the cynic in me but if this is the other end, the striker is given offside...

For some reason they didn't show the check with the lines but I think if they did it would show him onside.

What’s the issue again? Defenders knee clearly playing him onside. I know people love to say we pay the refs but christ, it’s not even close to being offside.

As I thought.

Anyway, Newcastle win is great news for the Everton relegation battle...

A draw would have been better.

I’m seeing meltdowns on Twitter, BBC and Sky and I’m genuinely unsure why. Lawrenson was apoplectic. He’s clearly onside.

It is close if the lines aren't there?

Obviously with the benefit of the lines it looks quite clear-cut.

For who, you or me?xD

If we're talking about our possibly genuine relegation fight, don't want Leeds or Newcastle picking up 3 points. Now I'm thinking though you were talking about your own agenda.

You'd miss us too much though.

Sounded like bad injuries for Jansson and Henry @Danny?

Not been able to watch and really don’t wanna know, we are destroyed by injuries

Massive win. Hopefully this can be the turning point regards to confidence. A lot of our players are very mixed at the minute, they need a confidence boost to get into form. Hoping this can be it.

A lot of injuries out there. At least 4. In a funny way some of them helped us through the match. Dummett for example who made some fantastic tackles and blocks was also getting rinsed every now and then, his injury brought a stabler full back on in Manquillo.
