They could have started the race on time when it was drizzling and the track was barely damp, have them race in difficult conditions for about 20 minutes, and then red flag it if necessary. Instead, they delayed it for no reason, and will now restart once the rain stops, and then you'll have a single dry racing line on track, and even less overtaking possibilities as a result. Why do they insist on safety car and red flagging sessions whenever the track is extremely wet and what's the point in having extreme wet tyres if that's what's going to happen.
