Putting a top 3 in the world striker in a top 3 in the world team was always going to work out. He’ll score 28-32 goals this season. Not if he’s in a wheelchair

Subscriber Dan+ Posted August 9, 2022 Subscriber Posted August 9, 2022 He'll be an absolute legendary player Haaland. Amazing.
Danny Posted August 10, 2022 Posted August 10, 2022 The Athletic done a nice piece on the use of inverted full backs and how different they were to the last time Pep used them at City

Pep's used this formation before but not often Ederson Dias - Ake Walker - Rodrigo - Cancelo De Bruyne - Gundogan Foden - Haaland - Grealish
Cicero Posted August 10, 2022 Posted August 10, 2022 Pep, Klopp, and Tuchel all publicly stated their wing/full backs aren't defenders. They are just midfielders with defensive requirements, hence why they are all involved in the build up and attack.
