Arsenal barely pushed all game. That was our problem, they created about 2 clear cut chances outside of their goals, not even like we were battered. Just defended some basic chances terribly which put them 2-0 up and paid the price as Vieira scored a screamer to put the game out of site.

You need to sack your manager first cunt xD

Yeah, they didn't need to push that hard. Probably realised after half an hour that they wouldn't need to put in so much effort to win the game.

I know, 2 weeks before the next game, plenty of time. Frank wasn't focussed as he was thinking about what players and staff he could bring to Leicester :P

Which is extremely unlike us. I don't think we'll be playing like we did today for long, but frustrating to give 3 points away.

You couldn't afford our players anyway xD

Got to say of Arteta that he's clearly at least a very decent coach. It's the tactics and game management against their main rivals that he needs to sort if they're going to compete again.

He’s a lot better than he’s been credit for imo, don’t think people really have paid attention to when Arteta and Arsenal began the change into what they are now but it wasn’t when he first took over which so what skews peoples perception of him

Good start for Arsenal yes, but still hard to gauge exactly where they are at for me still.

Played two promoted clubs, and two woefully out of form sides in Villa and Leicester. That's four soft games straight out the bat.

Palace and Brentford are the two impressive results for me as they have both been won with clean sheets at places they have notoriously been soft at. So that shows they have learnt and built a stronger character about them.

Don't get me wrong, you can only beat whats in front of you but the one game they have played against a 'Big 6' club, they have ended up losing so there are still question marks for me there.

I think once they have played City, Liverpool, Spurs and Chelsea, we'll have a fairer indication where they are at. But they certainly seem to be riding the momentum of having a soft start.
