Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted December 2, 2023 Subscriber Posted December 2, 2023 The bottom half of this league is full of dross. It's funny to think that if we'd started the season on -10 points we'd have been written off as guaranteed to go down already. To be well on track to work our way out of the bottom three by Christmas is quite hysterical and yet another huge blot on the offerings from the second tier this season.
Lucas Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 This game is a typical example of why we should do away with the Saturday lunchtimes and keep a Saturday evening slot. Atmosphere is ten times better.
Administrator Stan Posted December 2, 2023 Author Administrator Posted December 2, 2023 Man Utd still yet to get going in the game. Newcastle look more likely to score. Miley is some player.
Reluctant Striker Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 If it wasn't for the 10 point deduction, Everton would be on 17 points, in 11th, ahead of Chelsea.
Administrator Stan Posted December 2, 2023 Author Administrator Posted December 2, 2023 Very well-worked goal. Deserved lead for Newcastle. Man Utd haven't even laid a glove tonight.
Bluebird Hewitt Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 Rashford and Martial off. Both were shite and didn't look arsed. Fake Haaland and Antony on.
Administrator Stan Posted December 2, 2023 Author Administrator Posted December 2, 2023 Looks like a bad one for Pope.
Administrator Stan Posted December 2, 2023 Author Administrator Posted December 2, 2023 Maguire in the way of an Antony goal. Offside.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted December 2, 2023 Subscriber Posted December 2, 2023 If our players aren't queueing up to put that little tap in merchant into the stands in the first 5 minutes on Thursday night then they aren't doing it right .
OrangeKhrush Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 HWTL, the score flattered Yanited, could have been 4 or 5 but the boys are digging in deep. We should see Anderson and Botman return in December with Burn, Willock, Barnes and Longstaff in Jan, its about grit now and getting results.

I think it’s also the case that you’re a lot better than you were last season and the season before. Dyche has made you difficult to play against and has done to Doucoure what Moyes done to Fellaini. I think as we progress into the new year yourselves, Wolves and Bournemouth will push up towards mid table.

Again, I think if the -10 had been implemented before the season started and we'd already made it to +7 points then he'd be getting a lot more in the way of plaudits. Even if we don't get any of the points back on appeal I'd be looking for us to target Forest and Bournemouth by the end of the season and not just settling to survive.

Honestly after that game where you should have put 3 past Fulham, I thought you’d be fine. Without the ban you’d be 2 points behind us and Frank is getting a lot of plaudits this season. Granted we have a massive injury list and we could be higher this season, you’d still be floating with us, West Ham and Brighton who are all doing well. I’ve always rated Dyche and I’m glad he’s getting a chance at a club where he will get greater recognition, it’s just a shame he doesn’t have the money to spend that your previous managers did.
OrangeKhrush Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 Bournemouth v Villa screams banana skin, but I think Villa will have to much here, they are cooking.
OrangeKhrush Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 That was one of those sucker punch moments, good take though that was banged in.
OrangeKhrush Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 Really good goal, I can see myself getting some good fantasy points here
Dr. Gonzo Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 Mac Allister scores an incredible goal to bring us back ahead and score his first goal for us.
Dr. Gonzo Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 I think this Fulham equaliser is actually onside and it’ll be given. Very poor from Kelleher tbh.
Reluctant Striker Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 1-1 at HT. There for the taking. Only a VAR offside stopped Villa from leading. While Solanke has been close a few times. Interestingly Cash & Diaby on the bench. Kamara is suspended for this 1. Neither Ramsey or Moreno starting, after doing so in Europe. So that is 3 certainties & a possible 5 there, who could start vs Man City on Wednesday. Also, very likely Diaby & Ramsey appear in the 2nd half today.
OrangeKhrush Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 Sunday is wild, I must say some results are going to help me get good points this weekend, just need Liverpool to win 3-2 and im happy.
