Now been evacuated from the office again because there is a car on the bridge which needs a controlled explosion

SNP refuse calls to delay today's referendum vote in Holyrood. Insisting politicians must continue debating now... whilst Westminster is under attack and their colleagues are locked in a chamber.

Stay classy.

sounds like the police acted fairly quickly which is promising as they would have stopped it from being much, much worse.

How did an attacker or anyone get past inicial security at Parliament Palace grounds? O.o

Witnesses have described seeing a middle-aged man carrying a knife and running towards the Palace of Westminster...

Jayne Wilkinson said: "We were taking photos of Big Ben and we saw all the people running towards us, and then there was an Asian guy in about his 40s carrying a knife about seven or eight inches long.

"And then there were three shots fired, and then we crossed the road and looked over. The man was on the floor with blood.

"He had a lightweight jacket on, dark trousers and a shirt.

"He was running through those gates, towards Parliament, and the police were chasing him."

ISIS?

no confirmation and not much speculation about it to be honest.

Not much being said about the attacker on BBC news, anyway. How it should be. Don't give them any air-time. Just hope the victims are okay and that there's no further deaths.

 Terrible state of affairs.

That picture of the person who's jumped off the bridge to avoid the car is devastating. These things are horrendous, and you just never know when they will happen.
